My stay at Rixos Park Belek was truly outstanding and exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I experienced warm hospitality and consistently professional service. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding nature. The rooms are modern, spotless, and well-appointed, offering a high level of luxury and comfort. A special highlight was the People’s Restaurant – the food was exceptionally delicious and far beyond expectations. The fact that it operates 24/7 made it incredibly convenient, and the service was consistently friendly and efficient. What truly elevated my stay was the dedication of the staff, especially Ms. Zeynep, the assistant manager. Her helpfulness, professionalism, and willingness to assist even outside her official hours made a significant impact on my experience. She truly embodies exceptional hospitality. Despite that, I consider Rixos Park Belek a true 5-star hotel in every sense. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, service, and an unforgettable stay.

Our experience at the Selectum Luxury Resort Belek was truly exceptional! The entire staff across all the departments was highly professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. The variety of food was impressive – everything we tried was delicious and of high quality. The hotel also offers excellent facilities at the beach, and spa, and kids club and a large, beautifully maintained territory, perfect for relaxing and exploring. The hotel is amazing and it’s a great place for a family holiday. Truly fuss-free, excellent staff and facilities, you will not regret going. We stayed at one of the star swim up villas and the accommodation was comfortable and spacious but the highlight by far is the ‘boat house’ cafe located in the middle of the complex that you can swim up to from your room, and get some snacks, drinks and cakes. The selection was amazing, food delicious and staff very friendly and professional. Kids club is great, pools are great. Beach clean and wide with stunning views of the mountains. Coffee shop on the beach and ice cream shop - great. Main restaurant is delicious, especially the Usbek cuisine at lunch time. Varied menu daily. Beach cafe was a great lunch alternative with fried chicken and burgers day. Indoor pool and spa - wonderful. They even provided us with kids bathrobes that were a big hit with my 2 and 4 year old! The highlight for me is a family photos we get to keep forever - taken by the wonderful photographer on site. It is a PAID service but no risk- as you don’t pay for the shoot, only for the photos, id you like them, and it takes about 15min! I was positively surprised and would highly recommend. I wish there was more info about that on the hotel website as we now have kids and photos for grandparents and it was a stress-free mini shoot. We will be coming back for sure!

My sister and I stayed here in June/2024 Being our first time in Turkey, we were both wowed by the customer service and the professionalism these people are showing. Super helpful staff, quick to respond to whatever needs/questions you might be having, etc, etc. Even though just few of them are speaking English, we managed to get along quite well. The lobby, pools, restaurants,bars, entertainment areas—all great!! The beach is not as clean as I expected but was still really nice. The food…Omg! Sooo much food…and also pretty good. If you are going for a holiday and all you want is to lay by the pool or beach, this is the place to be. You have everything that you possibly need/want at your fingertips.

We stayed in a swim up room with our 2 daughters. The room was large and clean, the pool was really nice and warm. The hotel offers facilities for families with kids and adults : 3 outdoor pools, waterslides , playgrounds, parties for kids, pool activities, great cocktails.The beach is really nice, warm water, sand with no stones. The staff is very helpful. For sure we will return next year.

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short...

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable. Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
