We were greeted with charm and efficiency; our room was warm and comfortable; restaurant was good, with a huge choice, and very reasonably priced; housekeeping supplied us with kettle, cups, milk etc, and an extra pillow pretty much instantly; smiling and very efficient laundry service; great shower.. fantastic service throughout.
