Muhammed and Brigitte are great hosts. We loved to stay at their place. They helped us not only with recommendations for places to visit and eat but also made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and clean, as clean as it gets with the sahara at the doorsteps, and we very much appreciated the nice pool in the yard.

Everything was lovely! It’s a beautiful house decorated tastefully and it has a large outside area around the house. The owner is a lovely lady who had baked us Christmas cookies and other biscuits. Coffee available, dates and olives. The night before our last stay she dropped by with another homemade cake. Very sweet and very helpful with important information about Douz, restaurants, camps, taxi and anything else one might need to know. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was truly wonderful. Right in the middle of the desert, exactly as shown in the photos. Since we arrived late, we missed part of the activities, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the way, our car got stuck in the sand, and within just two minutes they sent a vehicle from the camp to assist us, which was incredibly kind. The camp’s location is really unique. Waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the endless desert is unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and cozy.

Had an amazing stay in Douz in a beautiful Ksar room with hot water shower. The place had much character and the beds were unbelievably comfy, perfect after a long day of exploring Sahara.
