Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a perfect location, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Hassan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm personality made us feel at home and made our experience unforgettable. We also want to express our gratitude for the amazing upgrade and all the special attentions in our room to celebrate our honeymoon — it was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Everything was perfect — the room was spotless and beautifully prepared, the service was impeccable, and every staff member was friendly and professional. It was an extraordinary stay at Baan Koh Kwang Pool Villa. The staff was incredibly accommodating and nice. Not only did they help us to book our trips, but they also repeatedly invited us to join them for dinner, which was always very delicious and traditional thai food that you wouldn't be able to find easily in the touristy areas. The location is a short distance from the beach and was very quiet and serene in the forest. They lent us bikes to use to get to and from the area which was perfect when we didn't want to call a taxi just to go quickly to a 7-11. Everything was kept very clean, the pool was very nice and all in all we had a pretty perfect experience.

I need very good wifi for video calls and haven't had any problem once -I stayed in several 4-5* accomodations around asia but the service couldn't be compared to this place :) -The owners (very sweet couple) are the nicest people and will do literally anything to make your stay the best possible -amazing view from room, amazing location close to everything, the beach is really nice -they provide it all - transport, tours, motorbike rental, laundry washing, coffee, water in glass bottles - daily refill, beach towels....

Amazing stay at SAii Phi Phi Island village resort. The staff was helpful when we called them to ask about transfer questions (had booked private transfer). The property is clean and upscale. While construction is happening in multiple cottages, the timings were well managed and property continued to remain clean. The staff is very friendly, the dive center rates are at par with what the village behind sells you (did not book tours at the resort), and restaurants have good meal options, including vegetarian. The village behind the property is must visit for restaurant options. We really loved everything about Rayavadee. I dont think we've ever met nicer people than the people in Thailand, especially at the hotel. The fact that the hotel is located in the jungle makes it such a unique experience. The smell of the jungle forest and seeing wild monkeys play in the trees was just too good. We also saw monkeys from our bedroom! In the morning you have all the beaches to yourself before the tourists come in per boat. Also, the food was really good. They have different restaurants and we tried them all. Please try the chocolate dessert.. we ordered it from our room, im not sure what its called anymore but it was the best dessert ever.

We loved this hotel so much. The beach is the best we’ve ever seen! So transparent and calm. The villas are comfortable, a/c works perfectly, great linen. They gave us a cake and a gift for my birthday, very thoughtful (apart from preparing a surprise when we arrived as we were in honeymoon). Highly recommended.
