The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a lot of space. All in all value for money. You can rent scooter from your host which is convenient. I recommend! :)

Wow, what a great and restful vacation we had here! We spent 11 nights at the resort and we acctually did not want to leave, even for a scooter drive since it was so peaceful and we really needed the stress-out.
We stayed in a room with our own pool and it was really lovely.
Despite that, we also spent a lot of time by the big pool, and off-course, the beach.
The staff is lovely! so kind and always smiling.
Sim, is such a wonderful guy and nothing is to much of a problem for him. He even helped us book massage 3 times, and since there is no massage places close by, he asked them to come to the hotel and so they came and gave us massage in our own bungalo!
The beach is lovely and aprx 1000 m long if you like to stroll along it. There is a few other resorts along the beach so you can variate the eating and drinking if you like.
However, we really loved and prefered the food and drinks at the hotel, firstly because it was very tastful but secondly because of the staff and the cleaniness.
We were on a boat-trip (excursion) one day, which the staff in the reception helped us book. Nothing much about that, some snorkeling, watching the sunset and eating barbeque. But well worth a try if you want to see some other views for a day.
This was definatly one of my best vaccations I have had and I travel alot (2-3 times a year at least). We wish all the best to Sim and his staff and would like to thank all of them for making our stay here so magical! /with love Jenny and Thor

They literally take care of everything you can think of. Thanks to the wonderful reception team we had the most stress free stay. They arranged our transportation to our next stay in Koh Mak (which turned out a though job given the rainy/low season). We could rent a motorbike easily, kayak is for free.
They booked us a great snorkling trip. This team shows a lot of flexibility and organisational talent!
Above all we felt instantly welcome in this beautiful resort. The restaurant service is fast, friendly (always smiling) and serves delicious food. They have a lovely farm to table concept and if you're lucky you'll even spot little pigs running around the beach.

The whole day from start to finish was just wonderful. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The pool Villa was extremely comfortable and for us, it was preferable to a beach villa. It was easy to hire mopeds through the hotel. The beach and the sea were perfection. The fact that the resort is so small made the whole experience feel exclusive, and as if our comfort was a priority for the whole staff team. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant with lots of choice and great coffee! It was also easy to arrange onward travel through the hotel. We would absolutely definitely return, the whole stay was wonderful.

Lady at the reception was really helpful and friendly. Easy scooter rent, easy check in, everything worked. I had the cheapest bungalow, and it wasn’t luxury, but everything you need for sleeping & showering. Clean everywhere. I would stay again! If you’re looking burget acoommodation in this island but want your own room, then this is perfect for you!

Cozy small houses in gorgeous nature. Just few steps down the wooden pathways through flower gardens is small private beach. Restaurant is big and airy with wooden floor and view on the sea. Very helpfull and skilled staff personel.

The location was perfect! Super clear water and a small beach. The bar vibes we’re nice and chill. Also a very aesthetic place, perfect for those instagram pics!

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem.
Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem. The tropical beaches have crystal clear water and there are some great snorkeling spots if you look hard enough. Make sure you get down to The Fisherman Hut and mention Whimsical Tricycle to the owner, Tom. He will know what you mean. Enjoy! But keep it secret. Keep it safe.

We already went twice. It is my favourite island in Thailand. Easy to reach from Bangkok and very good value! Most beautiful nature and quiet. An adventure to bike around the island. Excellent seafood!
