GermanyWhat a lovely place. I stayed at Janzo for 1 week and I think it never felt harder to say goodbye. Jan and Enzo are the perfect hosts and they help you wherever they can. The resort is very clean and offers delicious food. It’s very good located at the island so you can reach everything super easy with your scooter witch you can rent at the resort for a fair price. They also offer a house visiting massage - the best massage I had I Thailand so far. You really have to try!
Thank you Jan and Enzo for everything. It was a pleasure to stay at your place. I‘m sure I will be back !

PolandAmazing place! Owners are very nice, they even prepared breakfast for us earlier as we were travelling back in the morning. Very comfortable bungalows, very clean, located in beautiful garden next to the river, where you can rent a canoe for free and go to the sea. Very peaceful and quiet place, around 4 min walking to the peaceful and beautiful beach with restaurants and bars. You can rent motorbikes and do the laundry in the same place what was very convenient. There us also shop next to the bungalows, so everything you need at once :)

NorwayIt was a supercosy place, and the owner was SO helpful with literally everything. It was the nicest person I have ever met so far on this journey. It was a blessing to stay at her place! She helped us with motorbikes, breakfast to go when we overslept, and she helped my friend to clean his wounds when she saw he have felt with a motorbike. She also learned us some stuff about a special flower in her garden. That place I will late forget.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Together with the swimming pool area, the resort combines a quiet area with well-equipped bungalows submerged in a jungle-like garden. I really enjoyed staying there, since it felt like being just lost in a hut in the middle of the forest, while having the comforts of a hotel. That nap in the hammock while the raindrops were hitting the roof was just next level. The swimming pool area had more lively and festive/beach club-like vibes, and I loved it. Many young couples, groups of friends, families and also solo travelers seemed be having a great time, and even had the chance of getting to know other travelers if you felt like it. The sea views were also great, and the beach is well taken care of. Even lightened up during night time. Walking down the wooden dock was also super nice during sunset, or even for some star gazing later if the night, if the weather allows it. Food and drink standards were perfectly fine, and personnel was attentive and nice, but not intrusive. The value for money was probably one of the best ones I had in recent years in any accommodation.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel to ensure they had vegan food. Upon arrival, we were pleased to know that they had purchased vegan products and veganised a few items on their menu for us. They have amazing pad Thai, curries, and fried rice.
The hotel itself is lovely and has a beautiful beach and pool. The staff are very friendly.

The staff was great and very helpful and friendly, the bungalows are located between palm trees and many plants, we have seen many other resorts on Koh Kood and not a better one, there are better beaches on the island but therefore you have also a river around the corner for great kayaking and a motorbike is anyway a must on this island, fresh towels, water…delivered in a few minutes upon request

Lady at the reception was really helpful and friendly. Easy scooter rent, easy check in, everything worked. I had the cheapest bungalow, and it wasn’t luxury, but everything you need for sleeping & showering. Clean everywhere. I would stay again! If you’re looking burget acoommodation in this island but want your own room, then this is perfect for you!

This place has been the highlight of our trip around Thailand, and we have just booked to come back for three weeks again. The bungalows are lovely, the bay that the hotel is located in is just perfect for swimming and kayaking, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. If you appreciate nature and peace and quiet, I cannot recommend this place enough.

The resort is very spacious and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The houses are well spaced out and the location is beautiful. There was great snorkeling around the corner and the pool was lovely. There is a large menu and good quality food. It was low season, so we practically had the whole place to ourselves!

The bungalow was amazing. We had a renovated one and was very spacious we also had a view of the water which made it even better. The beach is lovely and clean and generally not too crowded. Little bar next to restaurant is nice and a few good restaurants in a short distance by scooter reachable.

Cozy small houses in gorgeous nature. Just few steps down the wooden pathways through flower gardens is small private beach. Restaurant is big and airy with wooden floor and view on the sea. Very helpfull and skilled staff personel.

What I've seen was fantastic.
What I've seen was fantastic. In so many ways, there are a lot of fun hideaways...that you can't mention them all. Feel free to get lost often. I know I did and loved it. After dark on a cycle...not as much. But day time...just go for it! Don't forget to stop by some of the road side restaurants for your favorite drink.

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem.
Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem. The tropical beaches have crystal clear water and there are some great snorkeling spots if you look hard enough. Make sure you get down to The Fisherman Hut and mention Whimsical Tricycle to the owner, Tom. He will know what you mean. Enjoy! But keep it secret. Keep it safe.
