Hotel is brand new with modern design. All is clean and fresh. Excellent service from first day. Kind and helpful bellboy with reception. Nice service in restaurant. Effective houskeeping. Friendly pool bar with special thanks to Alice for kindness and taking care for customer. Valuable facilities like rooftoop pool, gym, bar, restaurant and wi-fi. The hotel is just perfect. There is not a single thing that I can complain about. The staff were really helpful and kind. Room was super clean, it was cleaned everyday and all the shower gel and soaps were refilled. Room was big and well equipped. The hotel had an entrance into a shopping mall, which was very convenient, specially for eating meals because the shopping mall has lots of nice restaurants. The pool was perfect, water was clean and there were a small water park that we really enjoyed playing at. Breakfast was also perfect. We also used the spa, and although it was nice, I think you can probably find better massages in Thailand with a better price.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The food was delicious, and the service throughout was top-notch. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, making it incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the quick buggy rides around the property, requests were always handled promptly and with a warm smile. I absolutely enjoyed my SPA! Everything was just perfect. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish!

The furniture is very classy and excellent in the rooms and everywhere. The beds are strong and the sheets are very clean and wonderful as if they were new... The hotel services are excellent, the buffet is beautiful and varied, and even coffee of all kinds is sweet. Overlooking the pool and indoor and outdoor sessions, I used to eat my varied breakfast and then sit in the outdoor session having coffee with a delicious cinnamon pie in front of the pool without boredom. And we're a grateful to the workers in hotel and in the restaurant, they are characterised by kindness, smile, beautiful greeting and help without comfort, and they come to us to ask us if we need something and offer us what we want quickly and easily, We entered the rooms without waiting for a minute, everything we found is ready and tidy.. Water, tea, and everything we want to reach us immediately.

I have been to Pattaya many times.

I have been to Pattaya many times. The last three times was to obtain major dental treatment. I am impressed with the dentist and the dental services. Otherwise, Pattaya is gradually losing its magic. Local travel on Baht buses, Bolt, and Grab is very good value for money. Cheap clothes and footwear are finished. It's cheaper in K-Mart in Australia. Unless you buy street food, eating out is expensive. Drinks can be expensive in many venues, though not all. I went to bars ang go-go bars only and ate street food. Many local Thais looked unhappy. It's not the land of Smiles anymore. Too many little scams make Thailand irritating for tourists. No wonder people are going elsewhere. The bus services are hard to understand, especially at the North Road Bus Station. You need a proper website to explain the bus services.

It's a place that is full of go go bars and sex shows so be prepared to be approached on numerous occasions when you walk anywhere. This wasn't a place that I would choose to stay, but it could be what others are looking for. It was a short stop for us as we were island hopping so it was the perfect location for a night.

It's raining season in Thailand now. Therefore, the sea's water on Jomtien Beach is not so clear but it is still available for swimming as well. By the way if you want to take a nap on the beach, you are recommended.

It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

I like this area because it is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya or Jomtien, but it is quieter and less expensive. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. But if you're looking for laid back bars and restaurants and affordable hotels and vacation rentals near the beach, it's great.

Several good beaches. Our favorite was Tien Beach, for its beauty and big sandy beach. Also some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Well worth learning to ride a motorbike before you come.

Si Racha has 2 attractions; a very nice shoreline park, and a beautiful small island (KOH LOI) connected to the mainland by a causeway. Fortunately for me it does not attract beach- and fun- loving tourists because it has no significant beach or nightlife. Therefore, the main attraction for me is that it is quite peaceful with some nice temples and walks. The people are very friendly and helpful.

I've lived in Thailand now for 1.5 years and this was easily the worst 'vacation' experience yet, including 3 months here as a tourist in 2023. It's almost as if Bang Saen is anti-farang, maybe because Pattaya is only an hour south? It was as though I was an alien wandering a foreign land -- caught numerous people pointing me out to their friends as though they've never seen a white person before. The beach is so terrible that I hesitate to call it 'a beach'. Trash everywhere, water literally unswimmable due to logs, metal poles, and general debris. All the restaurants are also music clubs and everyone is confused and somewhat dismissive of farang -- can't get a drink, can't get anyone's attention. Once again, maybe the thought is that all farang belong in Pattaya or something and they want to keep Bang Saen only for the locals. Regardless, it was a complete waste of 2 days of holiday. And just to crown it all off, my 09:40 bus never came. Of course there was no apology or explanation, just a new ticket for the next bus back to Bangkok in an hour. It was all just a total waste of time, money, days off, and left me feeling like I need a 'real holiday' as soon as possible. 0/5

Plenty to do in the area, control of street dogs could be...

Plenty to do in the area, control of street dogs could be better. Golf, cycling, walking, bars, restaurants are in an abundance in the area, however you will need transport if you don't want to be booking taxis every time.

A lot of street food restaurants.

A lot of street food restaurants. Big department store was so crowded after 16.30. A lot of students in this province. While I ate some foods at the street, someone attacked on me and asked for money.... so scary.
