The staff were amazing! Everyone went out of their way to please us. It was my friends birthday and the went the extra mile with desert and candles even unprompted!! Great location between the Elephant and Ark… everything is nice and new. I read the reviews and requested a quiet room on our first weeks stay. For our second stay the hotel was full and we had to stay near the pool. It can be a bit loud close to the pool so be sure to ask for a quiet room if you are sensitive to noise.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything and directly on the beach. The staff were so helpful i forget my phone in the locker and went to Bangkok, they sent the phone to my hotel at Bangkok without any charge, i real appreciate there help :)

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Many restaurants and bars close at is right in the middle of all the party zone. They share facilities/amenities with the hotel right next to it which has 2 pools and access to the beach, so it is a good deal. Despite other reviews complaining about the noise of the late parties and kitchen, I have to say that I did not hear anything (but I stayed in a room of the main building, so at least on this one it wasn’t an issue)

It is better to see and experience something once than to hear about it a thousand times. This is probably one of our most unforgettable trips we had with my wife. Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve their guests. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was stunning. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and surrounded by lots of trees that makes a peaceful environment. Indeed, a piece of paradise in the region. We must say the location of the resort is the best place to unwind, for self-care and to escape from the hassle and bustle of the urban lifestyle. A well-trained massage services in-house. Luckily we met Mr. JJ, the manager of Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa. He briefed us about a few places to visit while spending our holiday in Ko Samui. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Big thanks and respect to you. Mr. JJ, you do a great job. Excellent hospitality. Keep it up with your entire team! 👒🧢

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical! The moment I stepped onto the property, I felt like I had entered paradise. The surroundings were breathtaking and created an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. However, what really made my stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and collaborative. They made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant in the hotel is hands down the best in the area, with delicious food and impeccable service. I especially appreciated the gentle and kind waiter who served me during breakfast. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made for a lovely start to my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another visit!

My son and I spent 2 wonderful nights at Sala Samui Chaweng. From the selection of our preferred pillows, hand soap and lotion during check in, to addressing our needs during our stay, we experienced 5-star thai hospitality from all the staff we met during our stay. Cleaning was done daily and the bed was really comfortable for a good night's rest. Walking distance to the beach with free kayaks and SUP available for hotel guests. My son particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was a mix of ala carte and buffet style that we enjoyed. The resort was within 15mins walk to Central Samui and 10 mins drive to the airport.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. Although it’s a 3-star hotel, I found it to be nicer than many 4-star options I've stayed at. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, affordable stay.

We had an extraordinary stay at Villa Samayra - truly the No.1 luxury villa experience in Koh Samui. Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . The night markets are great

I wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. Some hotels were adults only. It's been 10 years since I last visited and it's better than I remembered.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
