This is a unique location with an experience like nothing else. The pod is clean, comfortable and modern with a decking area with table and chairs to sit peacefully and enjoy the lake surrounded by nature. You are provided with a paddle boat to get to the pod. Best unobstructed views ever of the northern lights. As a bonus, a very tasty and comprehensive breakfast is delivered to your pod in the morning. An evening meal is also on offer in a romantic wooden hut with a roaring fire.
The owners (Denise and Stefan) are super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and happy to share the information with you.
It's really a unique experience not to be missed.

Gallivare is a mining town and in itself not particularly...
Gallivare is a mining town and in itself not particularly interesting for holiday takers but it provides good transport options to several of the national parks in the region.
It is possible to make some nice walks in the immediate vicinity of the town but these alone are not a reason to travel there.
