We return to this place again and again. One of the best locations on the island, deserted beautiful safe beach within walking distance, breathtaking views from the balcony, perfectly furnished hotel rooms, incredibly polite and hospitable staff - we really couldn't ask for more. We recently stayed at Laila Hotel in Seychelles, and we were absolutely blown away by our experience. We’d seen some mixed reviews online, so we were initially a bit apprehensive. However, from the moment we arrived, all our concerns disappeared—everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The hotel staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The pool itself was beautifully designed, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings.. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and several scenic spots nearby. The staff provided excellent recommendations for activities and even helped arrange a few excursions for us. Laila Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’re so glad we didn’t let a few contradictory reviews keep us from experiencing this incredible place. We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Seychelles. We’re already planning our return!

The hotel its self was very old worldly but lovely it suited the location beautifully The breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit everyday. The bed was very comfortable the room large Staff were excellent couldn't do enough for me, always friendly. I can not speak highly enough of the whole experience.

Lovely long beach - very safe.

Lovely long beach - very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit with choices from takeaway creole style dishes to mid budget Italian, Indian restaurants and higher budget restaurants with fish, Italian, Japanese options. Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.

Victoria city is a clean and safe city.

Victoria city is a clean and safe city. City start winding down as early as 5pm. Central Market, museum, beaches around, great local and international foods. Easy to navigate the city. Car rental available at good price.

Mahe is very busy so if you do not like a quiet getaway this Island is for you. There are various beaches to visit, museums and art galleries. Be mindful of public holidays, many places are closed. Saturdays are half day and Sundays they closed. Plan your stay and excursions so you are aware of what will be open and when. Food is great, visit the Boat House and Beach Shack at Beau Vallon.

This part of the island is very pretty and is close to some of the best beaches on the island. There are supermarkets and take away options nearby. The beach is shallow and safe for those with kids. Getting around the island via bus is easy and affordable. It isn't a snorkeling beach.

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals. Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Lovely beaches. Great food. Car hire is worthwhile. Easy to drive around the island. You can just park up and wander down to the most exquisite beaches. Takamaka rum distillery was worth a visit. Also we hired a boat and did some fishing and snorkelling. Be aware of the sun. It's easy to get burnt

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you. Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. With white soft sand, clean beaches, plenty of places to hide in the natural shade. No seaweed, very few people and plenty of walking distance. Just perfect for a beautiful suntan and sunset.

All the staff is really helpful and treats you as if you were the most prestigious guests. The customer service approaches you and offers any help you may need. The receptionists meet all your wishes and are always friendly and smiling. Needless to say that the staff is really international and spreads positive vibes, e.g. Charitha is always there when you want a drink or an ice cream😊
