The staff was incredibly friendly. We had issues with our car on the way to the center, and even though it was in the middle of the night, the staff stayed up and helped us. Even in the following days, they supported us in finding a mechanic, fixing our car, and discussing questions of money with the car rental company. We are so grateful for the support and would recommend the center, 10/10.

The lodge-style restaurant and bar area had a lovely vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful with arranging activities, including a local tea plantation tour. The tent was comfortable with access to a clean bathroom nearby and good hot water in the shower.
