The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, the bed is confortable with nice linen, and kitchen well equiped with everything we needed to cook a meal. It's not at the city center but is very near, and it was what we were looking for. There was a storm and all roads were full of snow. As the accommodation is near the road, this wasn't a problem.

We stayed in the room with separate bedroom and the sound isolation inside the bedroom was perfect, our 1,5 years old kid never woke up when someone was passing (not many were passing though, but usually you can hear that), also blackout curtains helped to sleep a little bit longer. The kitchen is well equipment to cook a meal for yourself or to warm a food taken from the restaurant

A beautiful, recently renovated hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and warm. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)

Good location - 10 mins walk till the cable car, 15 mins to the fountains, several groceries stores nearby. Parking in front of the house. Apartments were super clean and warm at night. The water in the shower was hot and with good pressure. Great value for money. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again if visit Zlatibor!
