First thing I noticed is the staff: very friendly and polite ! 10+ for them all (reception, SPA center, dinner, cleaning service personnel who rushed to the reception when we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room). Breakfast and dinner: high quality food and products, more than enough, at a decent price (we had dinner extra). Good espresso. The dining hall is pleasant to the eyes, intimate, very comfy chairs. Plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary lifestyle. Tasty. At dinner, some of us had salads, others chicken schnitzel and other dishes. They don't joke with the quantity, nor quality, no matter the dish. You're stuffed when leaving the restaurant because you can't help yourself from stopping until the dish is empty 😁 The waiter has forgotten one small salad to bring it to us, was not a problem anyway... he apologized several times, was ashamed and wanted to compensate somehow. We appreciated his gesture. He's everywhere in that hotel, from SPA center giving you towels, then offering drinks, then later he's serving in the dining hall, and all that with dedication, smiling and exchanging a few words. Big thanks to him ! Apologize for not remembering his name. SPA center: nicely and clean, excelent clean and warm water. Nice bath wraps (a bigger size, plus 2 smaller size, like prepared for a family) are provided in the room. Towels are given at the SPA center. Maybe a good idea to bring your own slippers, please refer to the section "what I didn't like". Room: nicely decorated and clean, good mattresses (on the stiff side, but I slept well and no back pain in the morning). Parking (free): at least in February, the private parking had plenty of free spaces. It's closed behind an automatic door, it has video surveillance. I fully recommend the hotel.

Service in Avioro is at high level. The rooms were clean and stylish. Breakfast was perfect. We got more than we could expect. Our child was extremely happy with the slides outdoors and indoors( it was also included in the price of the room)I strongly recommend visiting this place with children.

This hotel is an excellent example what hospitality looks like. Excellently thought and executed, everything in place, nicely decorated and paid attention to. The staff is nothing short of remarkable. Breakfast is abundant and the coffee is excellent. People are ready to walk an extra mile to meet guests' needs. Perfect location in the centre of the old town of Novi Sad. The room had everything you could ask for; a beautiful view, very comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, full length mirror, great quality shower products and a late check out time of 12pm. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, allowing us to leave our luggage at reception all day after check out. Whilst it was quite pricey, it did have a very luxurious, 5-star feel to it. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Clean everywhere, quiet, friendly staff, positive response to our written requirements at the time of booking (including parking), luxurious room, tasty and sufficient breakfast (served both as a portion when there are few tourists or as a buffet), wellness, spa and pool services included in price. An overall relaxing, pleasant and unique atmosphere due to the theme chosen for the arrangement of the common spaces and the rooms (Baroque Style).

This is the place where our family always returns. Despite the passing of time and the aging furniture, we remain unfazed. While I've explored many other modern hotels, this one exudes a unique charm. Primarily, it's the warmth of the people that sets it apart; kindness seems to be ingrained in their very nature. The surrounding nature adds to the magic of the hotel. Subotica, nearby, is a must-visit, as is Palić Lake. The atmosphere is infused with a sporting spirit, and the people here are simply joyful.

The staff were incredible, really went above and beyond and helpful beyond words. The breakfast every morning was a delightful spread of local Serbian food and wasn't lacking at all. I've stayed in alot of hotels and I would put this up there with 5 star. For the price and the service I wouldn't stay anywhere else whenever in novi sad. 10/10

Palić is a beautiful and peaceful place next to the lake. It is convenient for the walk, jogging or maybe light cycling. There are few restaurants around, but not much else of some other content. There is also a great aqua park. If you have a car, the town centre of Subotica is nearby.

This is a rare and beautiful city that offer beautiful historical architecture and ambience (along with the conveniences of modern life), and some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets that you might ever see. Also, the air here is SO GOOD that you will want to spend all of your time outside while here.

I liked this small town because it was more quiet than Belgrade or Novi Sad but you still have some nice places to visit for sightseeing and everything you might need (restaurants, supermarkets, public transport)

The landscape was magnificent.

The landscape was magnificent. Being in a business trip, I didn't have the occasion to try the restaurant food, but the breakfast was very good. It is a very good place for relax. Payment options are credit card, euro and their own currency.

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult...

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult smokes and most cafes don't enforce a non-smoking policy. I unfortunately stayed in the centre of Stari Grad where all the loud bars and clubs are and there is no real legal policy on noise pollution. I honestly don't know how people live here full time. Due to this, I had to stay in a lot of other places on the weekends (+ I also visited Belgrade on occassion). This meant I could (hopefully) get some quality sleep. But having said this, I didn't get to fully explore the city and all it has to offer but the main area of Stari Grad is very nice culturally and a nice place to walk. I also think the river should be more accessible with nice paths alongside it. It's either a main stretch of busy road or once you hit a certain place it's blocked off and you have to pay the beach venue to access it which is a shame.

Subotica is a beautiful city with stunning architecture and lots of greenery. The fountains and parks make it even more charming. Restaurants are affordable and the food is incredibly tasty. Palić Lake and the nearby zoo are just a short drive away, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. Truly a lovely place to visit!

Palic is beautiful but very small, so its perfect for the 2-day trip since there are not many options for you to visit and explore. Really nice Zoo for kids! The lake and surrounding are really nice and enjoyable, but be aware of mosquitos;

The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings.

The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings. You can take a walk and find friendly places to drink coffee or beer and later take one of famous restoration to eat (at 2024 they have four listed on Gault & Millau). If you have more than one day take a walk in wide parks near the city and visit some sports events.
