Really cozy place to relax and unwind. The staff are very helpful and nice, our room was amazing with a really comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, with vegetarian and vegan options. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

The room is very comfortable also the bathroom. The location is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's the hotel that we think that we will get back.

We liked everything-the place was perfect-not far from center and near Gubalowka, the room was warm and light, the breakfast was various and tasty.

Very close to the main street, nice staff. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel and they have occasionally a live band playing and singing the regional songs. Very clean and nice wooden highlander vibe.

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Great location, bus stop to Zakopane around the corner, 10 mins walk to Bukovina Terms. Comfortable mattress, good-sized bathroom and shower. Beautiful view from the terrace. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to use after hiking to Morskie Oko. I'll definitely be back.

Paradise! Unique location right in the Tatri park, hotel provides transfer as well (drivers extremely nice and helpful). Owners have input their souls in this wonderful hotel. Attention to smallest detail from salt & pepper bottle and cozy blanket in room to premium local products transformed in to mind blowing meals. Staff is helpful and nice. I do recommend this hotel with all my heart and hope myself to return there sometimes soon.
