The facilities for our young kids were amazing; from the play room, and playground in the outdoor of the restaurant to the bike hire and location riding to the lake swimming and line course. The breakfast and restaurant food were also fantastic.

Breakfast was great. Coffee and dinner as well. Also I looked for hotel, which offered EV charging. There were NOXO chargers. 2 spaces. Didn't use spa facilities since I had only 1 night stay.

This small 3☆ hotel is an amazing little gem of a hotel! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. If we ever drive through Poland again we will definitely stay there. The room was just perfect. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The restaurant in the hotel was a real surprise! I did not expect to get splendid italian food in a small polish border town yet we did! An excellent classic spagetti alla carbonara and my husband's pizza - he said the best he has eaten! But the biggest surprise was the breakfast! I have stayed in 4☆ and 5☆ during my career but Velvet Hotel outshone many of them. Pls note: The photos included are NOT outside but the hotel breakfast which was excellent!

The property is brand new as of March 2025. Located on the main street of Suwałki. Access is very easy. Cleanliness is exceptional, the kitchen is well stocked up. It is great to have a table at the entrance to the rooms with small necessities like band-aids, scissors, extra coffee/tea, etc. We had a balcony with a view. Pillows were comfortable enough, mattress maybe lightly softer than I'd like. But generally we slept well. Great sliding shades on windows. TRhe host are easy to deal with and responsive.

We were traveling with the family to Czech republic - parents and 3 children (12, 10, 7) and it was excellent place to stay overnight. But it is really suitable to stay longer too - it has all you need for cooking, doing laundry etc. It was quiet at night and our children were happy about play grounds and open air gym. The shopping center is also very close and there is a big slide :)

Fabulous Apartments exceeded all expectations — spotlessly clean, modern, and perfectly located. Check-in smooth and easy. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
