Our stay at this villa was fantastic. The house was spotless, tidy and fresh—exactly like the photos, if not better. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind, professional and attentive, explaining everything with a smile. The view was breathtaking—especially at sunset—and we truly enjoyed grilling in the garden gazebo while taking in that scenery. The outdoor area is peaceful and cozy, with plenty of seating and shade, and the indoor amenities were complete, so it felt just like home. The location is unbeatable: the ski slope is right next to the villa, and the cable car is literally 10 meters away. Easy access yet quiet and private. The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received during my stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, and I felt very welcome from the very first moment. The food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent, and the views from my room were simply incredible — they made my stay even more special. We recently stayed at your property and wanted to express how much we enjoyed our visit. We particularly liked several aspects: 1. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They addressed our questions properly and provided clear explanations. 2. Our special request for early check-in was thankfully approved. 3. The location of your property is excellent, being very close to the train station or bus stop. 4. The proximity to supermarkets like Żabka, Lewiatan, and Delikatesy was very convenient. 5. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!
