Our stay at this villa was fantastic. The house was spotless, tidy and fresh—exactly like the photos, if not better. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind, professional and attentive, explaining everything with a smile. The view was breathtaking—especially at sunset—and we truly enjoyed grilling in the garden gazebo while taking in that scenery. The outdoor area is peaceful and cozy, with plenty of seating and shade, and the indoor amenities were complete, so it felt just like home. The location is unbeatable: the ski slope is right next to the villa, and the cable car is literally 10 meters away. Easy access yet quiet and private. The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back!

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Great location, bus stop to Zakopane around the corner, 10 mins walk to Bukovina Terms. Comfortable mattress, good-sized bathroom and shower. Beautiful view from the terrace. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to use after hiking to Morskie Oko. I'll definitely be back.

The location is removed from the main streets and because of this it feels like a real hidden treasure - we were surrounded by mountains and blue firs, it was truly magical. Understanding, ready to go to the meeting in any matters and help staff - real professionals. The SPA area is wonderful, the Finnish and Turkish bath are spacious, there are sunbeds for rest and water, everything is very well thought out. Spacious parking area.
