The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

Everything was awesome. We were sad to leave. Kind staff, super clean rooms, spa zone and all other facilities. Lovely playground for kids, unside playroom. Just excellent. Mountain view, location in small town Bialka Tatrzanska.

The location is very good, there is a supermarket near the hotel. The ski lift 6 minutes by car. The kitchen is well equipped. The room is very clean.

Apartment was very clean, spacious, well furnished and modern with great views of the ski slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful to book taxi service for us. It was a really cozy, new apartment with a small American-style kitchen. The coffee machine was also superb. All over it was ok for a family with two kids. Additionally, we can use the activity room in building A which is really great for finally tiring the children after a long day with billiards, table football, darts or ping-pong - even Minecraft :D It was nice to view the mountains from beside the apartment, and the ski bus also has a stop nearby it. TVs are modern, and can be used as youtube screens, too!
