This was hands down one of the nicest experiences I've ever had. Felix is such an amazing, kind, generous, hospitable, helpful and caring owner, who treated us like a family. He shared so much incredible knowledge that helped us to understand the local culture, history and community. He helped us to book a tour through the lake and offered us a delicious dinner and breakfast. It was indeed a bit colder at night but we received bottles of hot water that kept us warm through the night but just pack one extra sweater and you'll be fine. Also, the hot water is running in the shower without any trouble. The place is incredibly calm, quiet and peaceful. I literally have no regrets deciding for this amazing experience.

This was an incredibly pleasant stay! The hosts took care of every detail, from organizing a taxi and boat transfer to helping us reach the place smoothly. We were in constant contact with them, which made it much easier to find our way in a new place. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the location itself was truly unique. It’s an experience we’ll never forget. We highly recommend staying here, the hosts are wonderful people who put their hearts into making sure everything is perfect. We’re truly grateful and absolutely loved our time here. Thank you!

Joel was amazing, from making the booking to the actual two night stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were picked up safely from Puno when we arrived late at night and gave us thick blankets on the boat to the island as it was a chilly night. He personally took us around the islands the next day so that we could experience the culture and traditions and even showed us fishing! Would recommend to anyone interested in learning about the Uros traditions and also want to experience tranquillity and amazing sunsets. The accommodation was spacious and bedding comfortable. Thick blankets, hot water bottles and a gas heater provided for the cold nights.

Everything was impeccable. The staff was extremely attentive, rooms were very clean and larger than expected. The beds were comfortable for a good sleep. The staff surprised us with a cake for my birthday.

Mama Lea, Papa Mario and Ivan were amazing. Such an incredible experience with the most loving and passionate people we met in Peru. Food was freshly cooked by mama Lea and the tour with the explanation of the culture and traditions of the uros people from papa Mario was amazing. Mama lea made sure we were warn at night being the winter and provided hot water bottles. These were a luxury as we were not cold with all the comfy blankets in the incredible room with views to die for. Muchas gracias mama lea y papa Mario

Wow! This place is stunning. Right on the lake and slightly away from the busiest lake traffic, Celia's floating island is a little paradise. Celia and her family were lovely. There is not much to do on the island itself, it really is remote, however Celia would transport us by boat to wherever we needed to go. Outside the room is a private sun terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Breakfast and dinner are catered for, and they provided vegetarian options.

The staff were Amazingly Helpful & Understanding, in relation to a parking issue I had given the size of my motorcycle.

They changed our room from the 4th to the 2nd floor as we had heavy luggages and the elevator was broken. The staff is super nice and helpful
