This House is a gem. You wake up with the sunshine flooding your bedroom and you can watch the sunset in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped,  you can cook,  if you want.  But we accepted the offer from Sultan, the owner, to provide us with breakfast and dinner and were happy with this service. Sultan has been trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was very clean and we did not miss anything. The house does not provide WiFi, but we enjoyed excellent 5G connectivity with a SIM card from Omantel (bought at the airport). We also accepted the offer from Hameed, Sultans brother, to drive us around in his Landcruiser. So we where able to see the Wadi Guhl, which is a exceptional experience. Hameed is a skilled driver and he knows the area very well. He fulfilled all our wishes for fotostops or walks, it was a pleasure to have him as a driver.  The track to the house is a bit rough,  if you come with a sedan, be a bit careful. But the road to the  canyon is Mode bumpy, I definitely recommed a car with some clearence.

The location is very beautiful. Our cousin received us and took us on a tour of Jebel Shams. He offered us a very delicious Omani dinner and breakfast as well, and watched the sunset. The villa is a comfortable and complete villa, and any type of car can reach the villa.

Very nice location with great view nearby. Host is very nice and make it very cozy for us. Super quiet and good food. The owner is also local guide. So even if you don't have 4WD you can still enjoy Jabal Shams with his guide and ride.

It’s a standalone house in a very picturesque location and close to W4 and W6 trails (20 and 30min drive respectively). Key characteristics: 1. Very comfortable beds 2.
