Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. Location was nice. We were upgraded to one of the deluxe outside units where we could park right outside. Rooms did have a funny smell but could have been the sulfur in the air. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Really BAD transport options and

Really BAD transport options and After Eden Park event train options Treated like cattle and ja..Ed into trains which didn't stop where we had gotten on. Left in the dark and rain at around midnight at a station kms from the carpark of the previous station where so many of us at got onto the train. Shameful way to make visitors pay into your inefficient transport system Auckland.

Great city to walk around with lots to see, especially craft beer brewery crawl and great restaurants. We enjoyed the walk of the waterfront. More attractions if willing to drive. Downtown itself is not easy to navigate by driving, but worth it especially going to Zealandia.

Te Puia is well worth visiting for the natural Geysers and the tour of the education centre/College as well as very tasty Hāngī/buffet we had as part of the tour. Worth going round Waitapu thermal Park to see the hot mud pools, a great walk around them to view the different colour pools. and a visit to Waitomo glow worm Caves. these are fascinating and beautiful.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, almost like dropping in to visit with family. The staff went over and above with their service and friendliness. The room was very clean, and the ambiance of the facility uplifting. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices. It would have been nice to spend more time there … Next time!

Always love coming to Napier, the weather was great.

Always love coming to Napier, the weather was great. The cafes and bistros along the broadwalk had great food and service. Everything is so close by so travel to the airport, supermarkets and gas stations were short. The atmosphere at Iron Māori was top notch. Would come back again next year. Highly recommend going to the hot pools.

I only the best was great bridge set up for bridge venues and the convention centres and the number of people were so big that the convention centre couldn't hold so they opened the bridge club as well so both venues were so full and that's where I went to play cards and both places they were great had no time to go other places as we walk to our venues and had great restaurants to have dinner

We spent more time in Mt Manganui which is definitely worth a visit. The walk around the Mt is an easy walk and had beautiful views. Tuauranga has a Lynley Dodd sculpture - Hairy McLary fans will love it - all the dogs are there plus Scarface Claw and Slinky Malinki.

A beautiful clean city with so much history

A beautiful clean city with so much history Had the most fabulous 86 year old walking guide from the Museum . His wealth was immense. Learnt so much about the early history of New Plymouth particularly the Taranaki Maori. Loved it . Will be back.

I liked most the variety of eating places both in the shopping centre and out on the water There was a ferry running every half hour across the bay to Russell a very interesting little town to spend the morning in I loved my morning walk along the beaches before it got busy Paihia faces east so it gets the morning sun The town hosts international cruise ships so there is a huge variety of tourist activities available from the centre itself
