Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our changes of plan. Including providing a continental breakfast to our room for when the restaurant was closed on a Sunday.

Magnificent historic building sitting by a golden beach,doesn't get much better than this. Superbly renovated evoking everything 1900, simple inside super clean, polished floorboarded heaven, beautiful unfussy kitchen, owners smashing people.

A small friendly town amenities include public toilet, petrol, superette, takeaways, bottle shop, great beaches family friendly and safe, lots parking and grassy play areas, for the time we stayed there wasn't much traffic, lovely clean areas for swimming or sitting on the beach

Cool wee settlement with iconic views up the entire 90 mile Beach. Kaitia offers services that are nit avalailable here only 20 minutes away.
Hoons driving recklessly on the beach spoilt the experience a little.
7/10 so worth the effort to visit.
