The most expensive location I have booked in New Zealand, but also the best location. Must say that I could not find cheaper locations in Lake Tekapo that meets my requirements. Good bed, shower and kitchen. Everything was clean. Proactive communication and also a parking spot for the car.

Property is very accessible to the main area of Lake Tekapo. Yet it is very quiet. It is also well equipped with everything you need. Space is well thought out. Lu Lu was very helpful with our questions and our requests.

Hosts were very welcoming, including the two furry hosts. Accomodation was very good. Breakfasts foods provided great. It is located a long way from town so wise to take provisions for meals other than breakfast. We only had a one night stay but this would be great for a longer chill out break

Gorgeous unit and tastefully designed. A lot of people have pointed out that it offers little privacy due to the many glass panels and windows but we didn't find it a problem as there were ample blinds in all the rooms and shared spaces. The fact that each room had its own bathroom was a huge plus point. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast. Location was fantastic too. Easily the nicest place we stayed at during our trip around the South Island.

We loved the view and the cosy lodge. Martina and John gave us great recommendations of activities !
