The stay itself was a pleasure, but more than that, the exceptional, extremely friendly staff made this stay one we will never forget. Right from the start we were greeted so kindly and they even helped us get to the spa in Taupo. At this point, my mother and I would like to say thank you again! :) Taupo was a highlight of our New Zealand trip! :)

The apartment was on the second floor and we had a fantastic view of the lake. The furnishings were in very good condition and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. Everything was very clean, the beds were excellent and it was quiet at night. The only time it was a bit noisy (this happened rarely and then not for long) was when the Briscooes company next to the motel was loading or unloading material. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought us a large cooking pot that was missing. We were also able to do our laundry at no extra cost.
