I loved the newness of the hotel. Having just opened in September, it boasts 13 rooms. The decor throughout the facilities and in the rooms are luxury and high quality. Lovely touches throughout the suite with the espresso machine and tea facilities. You can tell they have not scrimped on anything. I especially love the light up headboard. Very unique. The location was perfect as it was only a few blocks to all the best restaurants in Tauranga. With a short drive to the beaches in Mt. Maunganui and an assortment of great restaurants! Highly recommend this hotel! Simon , the Manager was a joy to talk with and was there to make your stay memorable.

Very surprised by how comfy and pleasant our stay was. We stayed two nights and pre-booked our parking at the hotel. It was extremely easy to find the location and check in was straightforward. Staff were amazing, location was second to none, and parking was easy to use. Great value for money!

Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Star consistently greeted us with a smile and a warm attitude. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. The room was big, the pool being next door to the room was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Also the products available such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner was great too.

Very close to the highway. We first thought that the noise might trouble us. But we were gladly so wrong about it. No noise. Very convenient location. Facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Parking space done right. I'd have loved to have the hot tub inside.
