It's a pleasure to return to the hotel after a safari or nature hike. The simple room features 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, a fan, mosquito nets, reliable electricity, really excellent mattresses and cotton linens. The Rapti River is just 100 meters away, where crocodiles, hippos, rhinos, and elephants often grace tourists with their appearances. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. The night shuttle was a pleasant surprise. Hearty and delicious lunches and dinners are available at reasonable prices. The garden is beautifully maintained. The service is extremely respectful and courteous.

A gem of a hotel. The staff, the facilities, the room, the food. Without a doubt, the experience in Chitwan would have been different if we had not booked the Sapana Village. Best of all is the development project and sustainability programs they have. We did the Safari directly with them, all well explained and guided and we were lucky to see even a Tiger.
We will miss this stay very much! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel!!

If you go to Chitwan you go mostly for jungle and to see wild animals pemsee tree town is the one of the best place to be.i had great experience in the tree house with jungle vibe. Living in the the tree house is just wow my dreams come true. I will highly recommend and I will come back again and again.

The hotel owner was very talkative and enthusiastic, but my English was not very good. The shuttle service to and from the bus station was included, which was very good and very convenient. We finally booked a day trip to Chitwan, which was reasonably priced.

The staff was very friendly, they organised my canoe safari, jeep safari twice, help me with the laundry and facilitate my bus ticket. Very lovely!! The hotel is super central but quite and room was clean and silent.
