The staff was so personable and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and we made very good use of the pool! It was so close to all the sites we wanted to see and had a perfect stay in Leon with our two kids. Would definitely come back!

I stayed at Alive Beach House for a few nights with my husband. The location is perfect — right on the beach, very quiet, and not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. We joined the morning yoga classes at a very affordable price and it was really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good — fresh and healthy, with vegetarian and vegan options. If you want to relax and disconnect from the busy world, this is a great place. It’s simple but well organized, and we felt really comfortable the whole time

The staff was so friendly. We felt so welcome and at 'home'. They also helped us with arranging a taxi to our next stop, even during the busy 'Holy week'. The location was perfect. With a walk on the beach you could go to all the other restaurants (when you would like to eat outside) Another fun thing, they named all the rooms to a famous Belgum beers.

This place is amazing! It is so, so beautiful! The rooms are really spacious, pool area is really nicely made. The place is new and very clean. There are only 4 rooms so it feels very private. The owner is very friendly. We also enjoyed food & drinks in here. We had a great time and would definitely come back :) This place is a gem

The facilities are exactly as on the pictures. It’s quite there’s free water and personally I love this type of architecture. The lady was very sweet with receiving me. She stayed up very late to make sure I could check in (i was arriving per shuttle from El Salvador). The next morning she did helped me out with a shuttle to gigante. She even saw me walking by (when I went for a walk) and took the effort the make sure I knew the hostel was here. Big family vibes, she reminded me of my grandmother. Pure gold heart. Would def recommend this place.

The breakfast is more than a normal person can eat , but we were going to climb a volcano so we ate everything.... traditional Nicaraguan breakfast....the staff is incredible and bilingual....they go above and beyond....pool is a nice soaker with excellent service if you want a beverage. Very nice private and secure parking area. From start to finish they will accommodate your every need
