Absolutely gorgeous little hotel, the garden lobby literally made me gasp as we walked in. Stunning. Fantastic staff at reception, nice bar. Pool was great. Breakfast delicious. The connection to the education project was the icing on the cake.

Cute hotel in La Polvora which is around 10-15 mins walk to the main square. The hotel has a beautiful relaxing courtyard with swimming pool and a few dumbells to workout with 😊 staff are very nice, the receptionist we met spoke good English and was very helpful. Free water and coffee included

Overall an amazing place. Very comfortable and quiet. The staff was wonderful! I just wish we would've had more time to enjoy the pool and relax. A quick getaway. Breakfast was great. They offered everything from fresh baked breads to yogurt to eggs and gallo pinto. perfect! Michael & Marcia were wonderful hosts as well!

Beautiful historical property one block off the main rambla. Staff very friendly and speak very good English. Parking available around the corner for $4US/day. Our room was located right off the pool so a little noisy in the evening with people sitting around chatting. Four choices available for the included breakfast , excellent fresh juice! No restaurant but staff gave us very good suggestion for good restaurants near by. Good airconditioning, good hot water, great wifi.

Hostal Azul is the most friendly and welcoming hostel I’ve ever been to! The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and generous. The hostel has many free offerings like free breakfast, free pasta nights, free bike rental for two hours, free walking tours, one free gym pass, and many more social activities that bring together the Hostal Azul community. We loved staying here! The rooms are basic, but very comfortable, very clean and well looked after. The staff are all so accommodating, kind and efficient. We had included breakfast with multiple options, cooked fresh and very delicious. The location is great with restaurants, bars and the main square a very short walk away.

I loved that we were the only ones there and had use of the common room/kitchen. It felt like we were in our own private house :) the views were amazing and the room was very clean - hot water was such a nice surprise (a luxury in Nicaragua) along with a king size bed! Don Henry was very kind and helpful.

location is the best. in the middle of the forest, gigantic trees and exotic plants - far away from civilization. on the hotel's ground hanging bridge with the platform in the top of the trees with amazing view. ideal place to watch birds. Highly recommended.

A beautiful colonial town that has a lot of charm and is still very quiet and safe. It is still very budget-friendly and has the potential of becoming the next Antigua, but hopefully for the benefit of local people and without the gentrification and increased prices that are much too common in towns like this.

The location of Casa Bubu is so great, close to the center, clean and quite neighborhood , we enjoyed walking to the cultural center of Grenada, had several dinners at Pita-Pita, and NM Culinary Granada. If I will go again to Granada I would definitely stay at Casa Bubu.

Granada is a pretty colonial town allowing easy access to...

Granada is a pretty colonial town allowing easy access to Lake Nicaragua and an hour and a half drive to the Southwest to hit the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Lots of choices to eat and drink in Granada but get there before it becomes too popular and loses some of its Authentic appeal.
