- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 140 reviewsOne of the hightlights in our holiday. If you want to see cheetahs that is the right place. Everything was preciously organized, we could see feeding of animals, we did a cheetah drive to see animals living on the farm and we also could see cheetahs running. But without disturbing the animals. Animals are on the first place, all the stuff are very enthusiastic. The lodge were we stayed was absolutely clean, quiet, with beautiful view from terrace. The food was amazing even we were the only hosts on the farm. We were like kings and queen. Thank you so much.Guest review byKateřinaCzech Republic
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 455 reviewsThe accommodation was of a high standard and we loved the design of the whole lodge, based on Ovambo style. The huge deck and restaurant areas were perfect for enjoying the wildlife in the surrounding land. The food was lovely, the grounds were beautifully maintained with lush planting and frogs, toads and fish in the streams. Attentive staff. Great gift shop selling a great range of Namibian craft.Guest review byLouiseUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 439 reviewsThe location is stunning and the rooms are spectacular. Food and staff were consistently excellent, and the guides were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the environment, but also about the conservation work undertaken by Okonjima. The ambiance was spot-on and the views across the plains were beautiful. Can't recommend it enough!Guest review byJacquelineSpain
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 322 reviewsWe were amazed by the surroundings. The staff was very polite and they went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. The game drive with Johan was very instructive and we saw a lioness, a cheetah and a guepard. Johan is very fond of his animals and the wildlife. Food was very good as well. Not to forget about Peanut 😊Guest review bySylvieLuxembourg

Otjiwarongo Railway Station with a locomotive worked between...
Otjiwarongo Railway Station with a locomotive worked between 1912-1960 is a real attraction. We visited the Cultural Center where 14+ children have the opportunity of dancing, playing on instruments, painting, drawing and so on after the school. Also we visited the Multi-Purpose Help Centre, where Monica Tjehiua presented the goals of the MPHC, which -for instance- feed the poor children, and organize lots of programs for the disabled persons, supporting old people. From Otjiwarongo it's quite easy to reach the Cheetah Foundation (40-45 km) and the Waterberg Plateau Game Reserve (80 km) as well.Guest review byEndreHungary - 10.0
This is a perfect halfway house from Etosha to Windhoek.
This is a perfect halfway house from Etosha to Windhoek. We left Etosha to travel south, visiting the Cheetah Conservation Foundation at Otjiwarongo and then enjoying a relaxed dinner and evening at Out of Town Africa Lodge. Our stay was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was relaxed, we were not the early birds, but we were not rushed away by the staff. I highly recommend this little gem of a town and place to stay.Guest review byRachaelSouth Africa
