Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

This is a spectacular hotel! The room I was given was very zen, spacious, extremely clean and the staff were very service oriented. My luggage didn’t make it on the plane I took to KL, and after waiting 24 hours, I requested support from the reception, who put me in touch with the concierge. The concierge, Mr. Shahrom, went out of his way to solve the issue, and my luggage arrived a couple of hours later. I am very grateful for this support, as I was heading to Penang the following day. The breakfast is also really great, with superb customer service, and dinner I ordered through room service was also spectacular. This is by far the best hotel experience I have had so far, and I would love to pay them a visit again the near future!

I had an amazing stay at Else hotel, it is near the entrance of Petaling Street Market. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The room was cozy, with a bed so comfortable I didn’t want to get up,but the incredible, healthy, and delicious breakfast they provided made it worth waking up for.
Even the security was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting me with an online order during my stay. On my last day, as I had to check out at 6 am, the staff made sure I had a takeaway breakfast ready,such thoughtful service!
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend it!

Thanks for perfect hosting. Room decoration is nice, location is great as well. The room is equiped with everything we needed including fast wifi, cable TV, refrigerator, A/C, kettle, power bank, iron and hairdryer. Helpful and caring staff is the best.
