The facilities are absolutely stunning. We only stayed for one night at the end of our stay in KLCC. We got excellent service from the minute we arrived to the hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast that offered a great variety of options. Pool area was great as well, even though it was undergoing some renovation. Warmly recommend this hotel and would book again.

In january 2025 we stayed for two weeks at the Impiana KLCC hotel. A fantastic stay: the room, the peace, the swimming pool and the exetensive and varied breakfast buffet. But especially the friendly and hospitable staff: at the entrance, the reception, the lounge and the breakfast room, everyone was ready for us. Also for our three young grandchildren. Special thanks to Eza, Nabilah, Zahidan and Karen, you were great. The way you treated the grandchildren, as grandparents we enjoyed this very much, every day again. What an amazing stay! Needed to book in a day early, hugely accommodating with extending dates and late check out on day of departure. The property was stunning, a real oasis in the city. Lots of charm and character. The most sustainability conscious place we stayed in Malaysia. Despite all of that the highlights were the staff, personable, professional and nothing was too much. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

It is a great hotel. Massive and generous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The mini bar was refilled every day for no cost during our 4 nights stay. Staff are very friendly and super efficient. We were given a room on the 34th floor with a view of Merdeka 118! It was convenient to walk or catch a taxi from here to any where. The shopping mall which is in the Times Square building has everything. We would love to stay here again.

It’s stylish and elegant. But most importantly, the staff are really kind. They took really good care of me. There were some confusion with my booking but they sorted it out quickly, I was very happy with my room. It’s clean and very comfortable to stay in, especially during the hot days in Kuala Lumpur.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.

Kuala Lumpur is an exciting and welcoming city with great food and culture. There were a few moments where the language barrier made communication a bit tricky, but people were always patient and kind. Still a fantastic place to visit. I'd absolutely go back!

The most of places including China town and little India and...

The most of places including China town and little India and holy places related to Malaysia, China and India and also museums ,high rise buildings , Kl tower and etc. were incredible for visiting. Taste of the most foods were from China, India and Malaysia which they were similar to each other. There were easy and reasonable to get around kuala Lumpur by grab.
