Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well thought out and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and gym facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh and delicious food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

A calm oasis in the centre of KL. It’s an amazing place where you wake up to birdsong. Feels like staying at a retreat. Superb pool swim able from the back of ground floor rooms. Our room had a very large plunge pool/jacuzzi which was amazing. Unusual herbal teas complimentary in the room which was incredibly spacious. Staff in restaurant were knowledgeable (special mention to waiter M N Amin) who told us about local dishes. Breakfast was a wide array of continental/Asian options. Walkable-30 mins to Petronas towers in a quiet embassy area.

There was Mr yugen at reception when I had reached late night and I had an issue with taxi and I was really tired Mr yugen went out of the way and helped me out I really appreciate it and hope he will progress in his life and keep up the good work as he does always, also good HR team who finds like this faithful employees , hope Mr yugen gets what he deserves and management will look at his efforts, once again thank you Mr yugen . Was happy with the stay starting from a friendly check-in process as we could have an early check-in. Though the hotel is rather big they managed to create a home-like atmosphere because of caring employees. Tasty breakfasts with good choices. Clean spacious room with an amazing view and comfortable bed.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.

I am always using this hotel when I am going to Kuala Lumpur. The staff is very helpful, and Ms. Ann's shuttle service can carry my bicycle from the airport and back. I also like the spacious rooms and the wide choice of breakfast.

The most of places including China town and little India and...

The most of places including China town and little India and holy places related to Malaysia, China and India and also museums ,high rise buildings , Kl tower and etc. were incredible for visiting. Taste of the most foods were from China, India and Malaysia which they were similar to each other. There were easy and reasonable to get around kuala Lumpur by grab.

Suitable for female solo traveller.

Suitable for female solo traveller. I chose dorm type of stay and one of the guests was on call so its quite noisy. Maybe shower gel should improve. A bit burning sensation on my eczema skin. Otherwise, all good!
