Her dedication to work, and continuous smile despite the clear workload are amazing. During my accommodation, Ms. Puja did what is clearly beyond her duties: moving my objects from a room to another (as I upgraded the room), seeking a taxi for me in the street (when the taxi on application reservation gets late), reserves tourist trips for me when she can simply give me the link only, and many other things to comment. People at the front desk are the main representatives of the company, they make the company's efforts flourish or vanish. The staff at Maagiri Hotel is probably one of its best assets, especially the ladies at the front desk, who are always kind and helpful. They consistently provide information and assist with the hotel’s transportation services, which is particularly valuable during a working trip.

The transfers were seamless. We had a lot of luggage and the staff handled it all for us (to/from transport and also to/from room). Check in was easy. All the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and had tea, coffee and water. Didn’t hear any noise. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was excellent.
