The activity list is quite extensive with various diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, island hopping options. We took a night snorkeling activity in the coral nursery and the experience was above my expectations (I would recommend it to anyone - children included). The use of torches with different wavelengths of light really brings a different perspective to coral. The distance from the accommodation to the beach is around 1 minute. What really made our stay outstanding was the host, Aani. She was there to show us around the island, answer our many, many questions, give explanations, take us shark and sting ray watching at the harbour, take us sting ray feeding, point out various plants and animals, present to us how betel leaf is supposed to be eaten, discuss various customs, she even helped us plan the next leg of our trip! She made us feel like family.

Staying at Anantara Kihavah for our honeymoon exceeded all our expectations,and our holiday on the beautiful island was truly magical! We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated,spacious and private over water villa,which offered full sea and beach view,and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility.
The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized,remembering our names,surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner.
Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants,that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting,overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water,experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison.
The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table,like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water,and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World.
Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.

Everything! This place is a paradise! Amazing kind, responsive and positive staff, amazing activities, varied and delicious food. It was very clean (not only villas, but entire island). The communication is very nice via wthatsapp (no need to call or go to the reception for booking an excursion or ask something). The dive center and Aqua souls are amazing as well! One very important thing: there are no mosquitoes: the staff is taking care for that (as far as I know by natural ways like a smoke).
The resort took care about everything (from taking you from the airport till return you on chick-in for your arrival flight). They organized everything and you don’t need to think for anything: just relax, enjoy and have fun!

My stay at Furaveri Maldives was wonderful. The island is beautiful, very peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The seaplane transfer was well organized, and the welcome was excellent. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and serviced twice daily, morning and evening. The food was varied and delicious.
The island is quite large; I personally enjoyed walking every day instead of using the buggy service, which is available anytime. Staff are all kind, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival, a personal host is assigned and provides you with a WhatsApp number to handle any request during your stay.
Overall, it was a truly great experience and I highly recommend it.

Wow what a great holiday. We have travelled the world and still cannot beat the Maldives. At Reefi Faru the attitude of the staff really made the holiday experience special. Special thanks to the barmen Janaka and Sadeep, all the waiters in the main restaurant such as Shareef and Nazeem and our amazing the room cleaner. What amazing staff.

I want to add to the previous review: all the shortcomings eliminated the next day after my comment.
And the rubric of unsolicited advice: I strongly recommend taking a snorkeling lesson, if you are a beginner like me, do not worry, in this hotel you will be in good hands). The reef here is very beautiful! You can see an incredible underwater world within two minutes of the villa.
And we also took an excursion with dolphins and another one with mantas. We were very happy with the organization, the guides and got a lot of emotions!

The location, the staff, the facilities, (in general) the food were all excellent. We connected with the nature, the animals and had a truly relaxing vacation. Our island host, Munni took care of all the issues we faced. We attended the fitness activities, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle which were all quite decent. The picturesque sunset and sunrise were dreamy. The island and the beaches were out of heaven.

I loved the personal services and attentiveness services of Kuredu! My water villa stayed clean, I received phone calls for event reminders and my refrigerator was stocked with refreshing drinks! The level of service was extraordinary, with excellent food, great accommodation, and a very helpful butler. You have beautiful corals just by your villa. We are a same-sex couple that travelled there for our honeymoon .This marvelous property sits on a beautiful island surrounded by an amazing reef. I saw sharks rays and turtles a few meters into the see from our cabin.. The food is great and their all inclusive premium includes activities and a session at the spa (or diving if you are certified). I would go back in heartbeat. The staff is sooo nice they definitely made our stay unforgettable, thanks to Shihus that made sure we were up to day during our stay and tended to our needs, Rai an Swarna and all the staff at booli bar and to Shirsti and Aahil and all the staff at the Raabondhi restaurant

The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors.
I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials.
Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.

Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... Says that you get transportation to the island. We paid for 6 nights and 5 days and got kicked out at 0300 am even though check out was at 1200. They made us leave 12 hours early because the free transfer was NOT free. We then had to sit and sleep in airports all day. They said we could pay an extra $289 per person to get the seaplane or we had to leave at 0300 and robbed us of a full day and have refused to reimburse us. In addition to this, my partner was drugged while staying there and the staff did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would NOT stay in this place ever again!!!! It reads on their website that seaplane is free to island. They got us way late on the first day, and made us leave 12 hours early on the final day and have refused to comp us for the final day. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend other guests to stay here. Everything was an additional upgraded cost, most activities were cancelled or non existent, or were additional costs. It is also very sad that this place turned out not to be safe since my partner was roofied while staying here and the staff expressed no concern by this.

Fehendoo is beautiful but it is very remote and not much to do on the island. It is great for relaxing and having downtime. Definitely do snorkeling and scuba if you can. The fishing wasn't what I expected. It was more like going out and watching a local fisherman fish. The island is very small. You can walk it but bikes were the best way to get around. I wouldn't take small children. It would be best for a secluded adult getaway.

It's a 50 minute flight by Sea Plane from Male and absolutely worth it. The variety of fish when snorkelling, no bugs whatsoever. Stunning beaches. I would go there again in a heart beat.
We did the half day excursion that includes visiting Tsunami Island, Dolphin watching, Snorkelling at a gorgeous Reef and a nice little lunch. Worth it!
We also went to the H2O Restaurant (not sure if you can only do that if you stay at the Me & You Maldives Hotel). It's expensive but worth every penny. The food is incredible not to mention the overall experience.

I absolutely would return!
After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball.
I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area.
Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it.
Great chill vibe and overall a fun place to relax and play.
