Staying at Anantara Kihavah for our honeymoon exceeded all our expectations,and our holiday on the beautiful island was truly magical! We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated,spacious and private over water villa,which offered full sea and beach view,and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility. The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized,remembering our names,surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner. Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants,that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting,overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water,experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison. The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table,like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water,and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World. Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.

We stayed at Tree Top Villa for 10 nights and that was the best choice in terms of location and privacy. We love walking and riding bicycles, so the Villa located in the jungle was the perfect choice to make the vacation a bit more diverse if you are slightly tired from the beach and social life. Even when it was raining - the terrace with its very private pool (not very big but just ideal for one adult or a couple of kids), trees, bats and birds - that was really romantic. The villa itself was so beautiful (we liked the architecture and style, and the master bathroom was gorgeous). We stayed at Amilla in low season - end of April - beginning of May, and we enjoyed the feeling of privacy (though most of the villas were occupied - we saw other guests mostly in restaurants. The service was also above all expectations - our butler Gondo was in touch 24*7 via WhatsApp and all our requests were met immediately. All other employees were also very friendly and helpful (we are quite demanding clients - but here there were no complaints at all - very good!). The variety of menu types in all the restaurants is very impressive (kids menu, keto, paleo, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian, gluten free - and the personnel always keeps in mind your limitation). In all the restaurants they met our requests and cook in accordance with our wishes - that was more than convenient for us and three our kids with very different preferences. I also had very positive experience with the medicine department of the hotel - and they were very nice and helpful. In addition to describe the service - the meeting in the airport was perfect, the hotel has its very nice lounge where you could refresh and even check-in while having some healthy snacks and drinks with the great view. At the day of departure, the hotel's representatives accompanies us at the boat and in the hydro-plane, and at the check-in desk in the airport to the customs - that was very nice from them!

I visited this resort for the first time in 2017 and I liked it so much that I came back again. The quality of services has not changed and the structure of advice is at a high level. The island is gorgeously green with crystal water and gorgeous coral! The villa is cleaned twice a day and everything is clean and perfect. Transportation and check-in at the airport in Male without any problems. The willing employees explained everything. We arrived at 8:00 in the morning and our flight to Dharavandoo was scheduled for 11:30. We arrived at the resort around 1:00 p.m. We were warmly welcomed by Chatherine. We received a welcome drink and a refreshing cold towel with the smell of lemongrass. After completing the formalities, we moved to the villa in the location that I specified in advance :-) All employees are very smiling and hard working. I liked how they think ahead and watch what you have for example for breakfast for a drink and you don't have to worry about it for the next few days. It can be seen that the employees are well motivated. This will also affect the guest's satisfaction. I would definitely like to thank and appreciate the hospitality from Nirmal in the main restaurant. Every day he made us happy with his good mood and great service. We had an all-inclusive package that includes, for example a bar in the room, discounts to the SPA, snacks and food in the bar and even fresh juices.The food in the main restaurant is very tasty. Everyone chooses :-) We also tried Araamu Spa several times. Absolutely luxurious massage. I'm testing massages after all over the world these belong to the top. They have different promotional packages that we liked. For example: buy one and get the other free:-) Halfway through my stay I got a free upgrade to villas with a private pool! Thank you very much, it was really awesome! Last day: Departure was 11:00 in the morning. Our international flight was scheduled at 20:00 from Male.

We stayed on one of the those water villas with a sunset view. The place was amazing, relaxing, and breath taking all at the same time. There were small sharks and sting rays right in front of our accommodation. We went there mid of April which was towards the end of summer and it rained 2/8 days that we stayed but it was still hot. They had one of these floating breakfast right in front of our room with an amazing view of the Indian Ocean and it is where I did my marriage proposal. The place was clean and the staff were really helpful. Meals were buffet style, no pork or crustaceans as the Maldives is pre dominantly Muslim. At first we were just expecting to chill out and relax in this island but there were activities and excursions as well. Tip: If you are not really into alcohol, Half Board will do you fine. Tip: Make sure your flights in and out of the Maldives matches with your seaplane flight in and out of the smaller islands as seaplanes are not 24hrs. Tip: Bring your own snorkelling equipment, it will save you some money.

- everything was amazing!! the island is beautiful, big enough but not too big. The intimacy of each customer is a priority for the hotel. - the entire staff was absolutely incredible, I’ve never experienced such quality of service. thank you for your kindness - food was delicious: especially breakfast and Crab Shack restaurant. It was amazing. - a lot of cool activities were proposed - sand bank + the beach were more than beautiful, there’s no word. The color of the sand and of the sea is stunning. I could stay the entire day on my sunbed which were amazing by the way, and a very kind waiter was bringing us some water / cocktails - our beach room was huge, so nice, the bed was amazing. The bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams - no mosquitos at all - arrival at the airport, with a private lounge.

Dusit Thani was a real treat, and was the perfect tonic after an intense 12 months of work. Snorkelling at the UNESCO biosphere reserve was a true highlight. Shout out to the staff who were all wonderful, especially the footballers at the market. Great to see the organised soccer matches for staff at nightfall - makes you think that staff are well looked after which contributes positively to the overall experience. It was also nice to see John the General Manager getting around the tables at dinner time to speak to the residents - it was a nice personal touch. Accommodation, food, the amenities - all amazing, and cycling around the island turned out to be a whole lot of fun. We will return!

Amazing villa. Amazing beach. And amazing staff. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was so attentive and helpful. I'm vegetarian, and the chef made sure I had plenty of yummy options at meal times. I am so grateful to have such wonderful and kind service staff! I stayed in the lagoon villa and it had an awesome view with a wonderful deck and small plunge pool. It was an incredible experience and I really hope to be back next year!

Everything was perfect. All staff and owner was very frienly and helpful. All food was wonderful, room cleaning everyday, Beach was perfect in front of hotel and you can see incradible beautiful different fishes there. In short, I definitely recommend to everyone this hotel and hope to come back here again as soon as possible. Thank you so much to all L.V.I.S Blancura team.

Very nice private beach, great food, staff was very kind and very helpful. Beautiful and comfortable room with everything you need, with stunning ocean view. Hotel is located close to the harbour which is very convenient for diving and snorkeling trips. Everything we hoped for (and more!).

Amazing place with excellent staff, special mention to Ushan incredible chef that every morning prepared fresh and delicious bagles and reserved to us an unforgettable dinner at Vakku restaurant. Beach and facilities were fantastic and really reccomend the over water villa

We loved the staff and size of the beach bungalow . Our location 138 was also perfect location for proximity to dive school and privacy Dive school also a great setup and the house reef , whilst motorised coral was incredibly abundant with shark, turtle , parrot fish etc

During whole stay, everything was very clean..personnel was amazingly calm and polite. Like small family run place with owner always on your service. Will be back ;)
