South AfricaFrom the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle.
The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs.
Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff.
We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that.
The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment.
Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory.

It took my two days to explore Port Louis. I enjoyed very much the look from the top of the mountain in Port Louis and the waterfront even though the prices at the waterfront are high. We hired a taxi to take us up to the Citadel and around the city. It has some interesting colonial buildings. We arrived at Port Louis at the end of our cruise - the apartment was not far from the port. I had the pleasure of staying at the Champs De Mars Apartment during my recent short visit to Mauritius, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the charming and cozy atmosphere that this apartment offers. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Situated right next to the iconic Champs De Mars Racecourse, the apartment offers stunning views and a unique atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else on the island. It's also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Mauritius has to offer. Moreover, the apartment's security was excellent. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The interior design is tasteful and modern, providing a welcoming and homely ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals if you wish. One of the highlights of the Champs De Mars Apartment is the balcony, which overlooks the racecourse. The breathtaking views of the races and the lush greenery are truly a unique experience that adds a special touch to your stay. The host, Adam is incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests you may have.
