The Hotel was very very nice in a very nice area although as close as we expected to the main attractions. The staff were excellent in particular Mohamed, Meryem and another slender waiter in the restaurant. I would like to know why we were not replenished with a bottle of water each per day - only the welcome drink. All in all, a wonderful stay.

From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ensuring our comfort without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and located perfectly for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, with a bed so comfortable it was hard to leave! This hotel is perfect for families. There are so many different pools, but the site is not huge, so everything is easy to access. There are more sunbeds than people, so never a fight to get a good spot. Plenty of umbrellas, fo those who like a bit of shade too. The food is fantastic and plenty of choice at all meal times, also alot of space and we arrived for dinner at opening time every night without a problem finding a table. The staff can't do enough for you, they are always happy to answer questions and help. The animation team are brilliant! We had the pleasure of meeting Jade on her first week, working with them, and she is absolutely going to be such a special part of the team. Jade made us feel so welcome and we hope to come back and see you again soon!! All the staff speak fantastic English, which made it a little easier for us as our Moroccan Arabic is non existent, but French is spoken widely out there aswell. Our daughter loved the water park, there are so many slides and there was never a que to get on them. Everything is kept so clean and tidy, the staff really do take care of everything. We had a room with a sliding door to a second room, with a balcony, which was perfect for our daughter to have own space. The evening entertainment is fabulous! The animation team really do put in so much hard work to make sure they put on great shows. The fire show is an absolute must!!! All round this hotel is one of our favorite pleace we have ever been, after spending many years going to Turkey, we have now fallen in love with Morocco and can't wait to come back.

Our stay at the Labranda Targa Aqua Parc was absolutely delightful and perfect. There are five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark featuring four thrilling slides. All inclusive buffet was really good , including made‑to‑order omelettes and pizzas and snack bar in the afternoon it is a plus. Very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Our room was spacious and spotless. The animation team- Jumbo Club were friendly, professional and always ready to help; the evening entertainment was lively and very nice. Many greetings for Yasser (animation team). It’s an excellent all‑inclusive choice for those wanting poolside enjoyment with easy access to Marrakesh’s cultural gems. Highly recommended—and we look forward to returning!

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

I asked 4 hours before our arrival if they could do something nice for us as newly weds and they decorated the room with rose pedals and fresh flowers!!! Everyone is very polite and helpful. Our 9th trip to Marrakech....we love Morocco.

Our 9th trip to Marrakech....we love Morocco. You will either love or hate...no in-between. It's crazy..hectic..noisy.. but absolutely fascinating and definitely worth a visit. Must sees.... The souks...always haggle. Start at 50% of their asking price..walk off if not happy..9 times out of ten they will run after you with better price. Majorelle gardens...book ahead for as early as possible as it gets very very busy. Stunning oasis abd very peaceful Secret garden...bit of calm within the madness. Jewish quarter and cemetery well worth a visit. Downside... so many stray cats...please..bring treats with you and help these animals. Please do not go on a caleche...poor horses are forced to stand for hours in boiling heat and forced to run around all day. I saw a horse collapse due to heat exhaustion..awful to see. Please do not help towards this cruelty. Same with monkeys and snakes in main square. Beware of henna ladies..they will grab your arm and paint henna then demand ridiculous large amount of money and get very aggressive. Don't make eye contact. If you want a henna.. go to henna cafe. I highly recommend a quad bike trip to desert...Great fun!

Very annoying touts everywhere and not much water in October. The waterfalls had zero water so go in Spring if you want to see it at its best maybe. Keep going up river for more quality places and there is a nice shop and cafe with (albeit expensive) argan oil products etc. They gave us a free tasting of their oils, honeys and almond butter with our coffees there.

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

Peaceful , amazing scenery , excellent food, delightful staff , lovely authentic hotel . If you need to escape from busy working life it’s a perfect place to go to recharge. We will be back for sure. Combines v well with a few days in Marrakech and a few days on the coast.

Very hectic experience particularly in the souks.Somewhat dangerous with the number of motorbikes ans scooters etc competing with the crowds.No cars in the medina so a fairly long walk to get to and from a taxi.The driving is absolutely crazy so would definitely advise against self drive car hire Taxis plentiful and cheap.Would advise getting a guide to show you around. Wonderful palaces and places of interest.Many good restaurants but not particularly cheap.Favourite bar selling alcohol was the Cafe Arabe. Must see "Moumania Hotel" .Dissapointing "Menara Gardens" Good dinner show "Dar es Salam "restaurant

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Ourika is breath taking.

Ourika is breath taking. The restaurants with the river flowing is amazing. The kids loved splashing in the river. The waterfall is well worth exploring. The local residents are very welcoming and friendly. I definitely want to visit Ourika again!

It is small village now dedicated to tourism, there are nice roads leading to the Atlas and if you are interested in general tourism is close to Marrakech where you can ride a camel, and do other activities in the dessert.
