My husband and me really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. The location is great and it's easy to access the old Medina part of Marrakesh, the new part called Gueliz with modern ships and art places and the airport. The hotel is newly refurbished, we liked our spacious clean room in white and beige tones, with a big bed, equipped with a good WiFi, a TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries. We're greatful to Manal, Mohamed and Amal at the reception speak who speak several languages for being friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed and making our stay really smooth and comfortable. The restaurant where we had our breakfast was very elegant and furnished with style. The staff at breakfast was very polite and offered us a nice choice of marrocain/ continental breakfast and a quick efficient service. There's a beautiful clean swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where you can see Atlas mountains far away, it was a real temptation to spend more time there rather than going to explore the city. There's also a Hammam and spa services available. We loved our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze. Art Place was the last stop on our 20 day trip through Morocco, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambience was impeccable. We were greeted by reception with some fresh hot tea and pastries and then given a tour of the facilities. The beauty of the common areas, pool, and rooms took our breath away. Our room was luxurious, with the architecture, decor, and comfortable king bed. The shower was amazing, with good pressure and quality soaps, shampoos, etc. The breakfasts were the best we had in the country, with a huge selection of Moroccan and European selections... there was even an omelet bar. The wait staff anticipated our every need, bringing us fresh coffee and juices on the beautiful balcony. We ate lunch poolside, and that was an equally delicious experience. The location could not be better, right on the main square in the Medina, yet it was a quiet and peaceful oasis inside the walls of the Riad.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this spectacular property. The hotel is elegant without being over the top. The ambiance is fantastic and completely relaxing. The vegetation - flowering trees and bushes, the sound of running water everywhere is mesmerizing. The Riyad could not be more exquisite provided one does not have a problem managing a lot of stairs. I would love to return!

Marrakesh is an assist on the senses . The Jewish centre is amazing for herbalists and spices ,full of life and colour ,genuine local people ,not pushy and happy to see you . Shop there for oils,coffee ,spices as much cheaper and they grind them up in front of you ,amazing . The medina is something to behold but the noise levels are off the scale and to much after awhile . It’s expensive and they’re quite rude in the stores if you want to haggle the prices down and will literally tell you to get out if they don’t like your offer … very rude That aside explore the city away from the centre because it’s a cultural explosion

Essaouira is unique: its traditional buildings offer the visitor coffee shops, restaurants with moroccan cuisine, tiny shops for spices, jewellery, wood carvings, ethnic clothing, leather goods and carpets yet remains a fully working town for its locals. It is no high-end "cote d'azur", but that is why it is so special. The port area is amazing - so many small boats and trawlers bringing in their catch daily, to be sold on the quayside, with all the sights (and smells) that one imagines of a working fishing port. We saw massive tunas, sharks, eels, crabs and lobsters, shrimps (some enormous), all arranged for local restaurants, residents and even brave tourists to buy. The Medina is a maze of tiny alleys and tunnels, with traders, artisans and artists of all descriptions beavering away at all hours. We also found it easy to talk to the Essaouirians, many of whom will go out of their way to welcome you and exchange life stories. All in all, a feast for the senses.

The hospitality and the gorgeous setting were my two favorite aspects of the Riad Jnane Imlil and the village of Imlil. The surroundings are majestic and the staff of the riad were so very warm. The food was delicious and convenient (breakfast was included, and you can purchase dinner and eat in the building). I was not feeling well from before I arrived in Imlil, and still it was a beautiful place to rest in. We had planned to do a full-day trek and have lunch with a Berber family in their home, but had to cancel due to my illness. Still, we walked around a bit in the village and that was so very pleasant. The riad had a pool and has beautiful terraces and balconies to enjoy the gorgeous views from. I highly recommend this riad to anyone.

A hidden little gem!!

A hidden little gem!! The local people and the magical vibe of this place will stay in our hearts for along time! I accidentally booked our family to stay here instead of Essoauria and did not regret it for one minute. We loved it here and with our car we were able to drive to Essoauria easily.

A dry dusty town surrounded by beautiful mountains. peaceful, friendly and felt very safe. SO much cleaner than the cities. Lots of Market stalls on the way in / out and these are better prices than in marakesh

Very annoying touts everywhere and not much water in October...

Very annoying touts everywhere and not much water in October. The waterfalls had zero water so go in Spring if you want to see it at its best maybe. Keep going up river for more quality places and there is a nice shop and cafe with (albeit expensive) argan oil products etc. They gave us a free tasting of their oils, honeys and almond butter with our coffees there.

Very nice city and friendly people.

Very nice city and friendly people. Personally I prefer the quiet places. Unlikely Marrakesh, Safi is very quiet and nice city to discover and learn about in a week, you will be able to make friends easily and recognise the locals quicker. Also the beach and the areas around it is very close and the prices are very affordable.

A beautiful vibrant city full of life.

A beautiful vibrant city full of life. We loved the local cuisine and especially msemmen - the pancakes. The Jemaa el-Fna square is full of people throughout the whole day. Music, dancing, performances... The fresh juices are a must.
