We enjoyed our stay. SPA area is not big, but nice, and robes were included. Breakfast was superb, good variety and tasty. Other activities available at the venue - bikes, tennis, volleyball. Nice beach by the lake.

Just as you see in the photos, the house is surrounded with trees, nature and no one will bother you. Even the owners! Everything is self-checked and self-prepared (like the grill and the hot tub).
Everything is clean and has everything to spend time comfortably. Even has a coffee machine.

Everything! It's very remote and quiet, the location is great and very peaceful, we were fortunate to visit it covered in snow which made the experience even better, so pretty. We were well taken care of from beginning to end, and I highly recommend doing the hottub one night, with no light pollution you can see hundreds of stars. It's very cosy and I highly recommend it if you are after a quiet trip away. Lots of forests to walk through, a lake the visit and a cold war museum, great fun. The ranch also has horses and goats and more of which we saw them all playing and very interactive, clearly looked after well just like the guests!

Staff very friendly & easily contactable. Got the hot tub fire going for us and gave clear instructions on how to use.
Location: amazing, especially if you are doing a roadtrip. This is away from the cities, but you get a better feel for local life. There is a convenience store maybe 10 minutes drive away. Also close to the cold war museum.
Accommodation: very clean & comfortable lodge. It was actually quite immaculate, got the feeling it was relatively new. Perfect for 4+ guests.
Hot tub: amazing, but be sure to take caution as it gets hot

We regularly visit Platelia (10 - 15 times a year) as our boat is moored there and usually stay at the yacht club by the marina on the lake shore, adjacent to the bar/- restaurant (great simple food served, unpretentious and very reasonably priced). Pleasant village in the "nature reserve" with many water based facilities (even a dive centre), numerous restaurants and bars around the lake, great bicycle and walking paths, camping areas, motels/- hotels, cabins, etc.

Our stay was perfect!
Our stay was perfect! The host was very welcoming, the location is incredible, the facilities especially the hot tub in front of the woods made the trip very memorable. The cabin/house has everything one might need. We enjoyed the fox paying a visit every evening and the horses around the property. Overall everything was so pleasant and relaxing, highly recommend this place.
