A clean and comfortable room, also a great value for money. The reception staff were lovely, communications timely, breakfast was plentiful - all in all, for a three star hotel, Butenas exceeded expectations.

The room was incredibly clean. What also was a very welcome surprise - is that the room looked exactly just like in the photos - so I got exactly what I saw in the photos - a great looking and incredibly clean room.

We had a super great stay! The staff very kind, they streated us as we would be princesses. :) The breakfast was rich and various, we enjoyed a lot! The sauna was for additional cost, but it was small amount, so we had SUPER GREAT stay. Many thanks for that hosting us so grate, above our expection.

Clean and comfortable self check-in apart hotel in a quiet area. Nicely renovated with quality materials, very comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. Access for the guests to a kitchen equipped with utensils, dishwasher machine, coffee machine, coffee, tea, etc. free to use. Nice modern place, apartment has everything you might need. It’s clean and tidy, comfortable for a family stay. Even though there is a construction site next to the building, however we arrive when working hours were over, and left the apartment before builders started their day, so they didn’t us worry at all.
