Big thanks to Kun, he was amazing with tips and advice. We had some last minute changes to our onward journey and he was incredibly helpful, booking our taxi and train last minute. He also arranged a scooter for us the day we arrived. The room and bathroom were super clean and the pool was really lovely at the end of a long day. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Thanks!

The location couldn’t be better — 3 minutes to the night market, 5 minutes to the river. The manager went above and beyond, arranging our tours and airport taxi. Breakfast was generous with eggs, toast, and tropical fruits. Great value for money and heartfelt service. Highly recommend! 🌸

Everything was super clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful, something that is not true in most places in Laos. I personally liked the breakfast (maybe 1 piece od advice that staff could come and check from time to time if there are things missing from the buffet especially after 9am). Bed was super comfortable, AC and fan both working as intended. We enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the nicest stays I've ever had. My sister and i were treated so well from start to finish. They're incredibly attentive, reply quickly, organize everything very well, beautiful room and facilities, breakfast was amazing and it just all makes you feel at home.

This combination of central convenience and resort relaxation makes the experience truly unique. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile or helpful recommendation. The staff were amazing, kind, helpful and polite. The food was freshly cooked, of a very high quality and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is beautiful, built in a colonial style and very well maintained. Although the road outside is relatively busy, once we were in the grounds we could not hear any traffic and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. On arrival, we were greeted with chilled washcloths to freshen up alongside a complimentary welcome drink. Every facility of the hotel was explained in great detail and every member of staff we spoke to either spoke excellent English, or immediately found somebody else to assist us. The reservations manager, Mr Phongsavanh, personally supervised our check out and genuinely seemed to care that we had enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is situated right on the Mekong river with a beautiful view. It's a very peaceful atmosphere. Sitting outside for breakfast and afternoon for "Happy Hour" is just so relaxing. The buffalos grazing nearby is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As the property is situated outside the city they provide a shuttle bus to take you down town. Free of charge. The rooms are spacious and lovely decorated. The food is good. Internet is good. Lots of TV channels, even many English speaking ones.

The hotel is like a mini resort right in the center of the town, its all wooden work properly maintained The breakfast is not lavish but quite good and taste. The hotel pictures on the website dont do justice as the place in reality is far better. The pool is medium size with a welcoming feeling. The location is walking distance from most places and the facility also offers bike rent free to ride around the town

Spectacular property with a waterfall and river running through the property. Each suite is beautifully designed by renowned architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The gardens are well kept and the pool area has lots of private areas for use. Restaurant and bar areas are amazing. All staff are courteous, cheerful and on hand to assist with your every need.

UNESCO World Heritage site with buildings dating from the French Colonial days. If you love temples, then Luang Prabang is the place to go. The town is generally very tidy and well maintained and is easy to get around. Well worth a visit!

Luang Prabang is a peaceful and beautiful city, perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere, friendly people and the mix of culture and nature everywhere. Getting around the city is quite easy — most places are walkable, and you can also use tuk-tuks for longer distances. There are many nice cafés and restaurants, and trying local Lao food was one of the highlights. The temples, night market and riverside areas are great to explore. For families with children, the city is safe and not too crowded, with plenty of outdoor spots to enjoy. Overall, it’s a lovely place to visit and I would definitely come again.

The city has numerous amenities that will make ones stay very enjoyable: great eating places, very easy to walk around, very safe, river dining/trips, adventure opportunities such as waterfalls, caves. The best part is the Mandalao Elephant Sanctuary, excellent experience interacting with the elephants in their natural habitat. Laos Buffalo Dairy, Luang Prabang Yoga, Big Brother Mouse House, numerous Massage options, and just relaxing!!
