NorwaySpotless clean basic room. Excellent for the price though. Very good WiFi. Excellent lighting in the room and a kettle. There is a rooftop terrace as well. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff who speak English. The restaurant is expensive, but the food is fantastic and comes in large portions. It's an exceptionally well run hotel. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes here, they do a 5 stop tuk tuk tour to the waterfall, arrange tickets for onwards transport and arrange elephant tours. I've done so many elephant tours in so many countries, but this tour was by far my best elephant experience ever.

SpainWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at KNN Resort Mondulkiri. After a bad experience at another accommodation, arriving here felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and from the very beginning we felt truly taken care of.
The hospitality was impeccable — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
One of the highlights was definitely the food: everything we tried was delicious and freshly made. It really exceeded our expectations.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. KNN Resort turned our trip around, and we’re so grateful for the amazing experience. Highly recommended!

Elephants, Gibbons, waterfalls, market.
Elephants, Gibbons, waterfalls, market. That's what you have at Sen Monorom. Five hours away is Kratie, if you want to visit the Mekong Dolphins via boat tour or kayak. There's also temples and waterfalls.

Little town with an atmosphere, it was difficult to leave!
Little town with an atmosphere, it was difficult to leave!
The wildlife around is thriving and we totally recommend trekking and visiting the animal conservation projets around.
There are e few good restaurants around like the hangout at which we ate 4 times, with a very welcoming lady.

Loved our stay at the Nature Lodge where we ate great food...
Loved our stay at the Nature Lodge where we ate great food at the onsite restaurant. We had one full day trip sightseeing around Sen Monorom and surrounds where we went to a local Coffee Plantation for lunch which was higher in price for food (close to Australian prices) but very delicious, walked through local farms, Bou Sra Eco Park where we saw Bou Sra waterfall which I would recommend, the Sea Forest Lookout was a fun way to watch the sunset while taking cheesy touristy photos, and Sunset Hill/Phnom Do Kramom which gave us a beautiful panorama of Sen Monorom. A highlight of my entire Cambodian trip was the 2-Day jungle trek with the Mondulkiri Project which I would 100% recommend as an ethical ecotourism project which gives back directly to land conservation, supporting a local Indigenous village and the rescue and safe keeping of elephants which have been removed from previously unethical working backgrounds which endangered them. The town had everything we needed when visiting but didn't spend much time around the markets or town centre to be able to comment. Very easy to get a tuk tuk to get around and buses travel to and from major towns and cities daily.
