This lovely place is in a forest-like environment and you will need the GPS to find it. It's beautiful and quiet with trees all around and the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Dinner and breakfasts are available at extra costs. We arrived late so only had breakfast which was substantial and delicious. There is a choice of a Western or Japanese breakfast. The room was large, super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. In the room is a toilet and a wash-handbasin area. The showers/onsen is downstairs. The onsen was very clean and wonderfully hot. There is a lounge and dining room downstairs. It was very nice to chat with other guests and the owners.

Personnel was superb ! Especially the Lady upon checkout. Invited me to free coffee although I did not book the breakfast package. She was dashing after me to the bus stop for the Airport transfer to bring me a charging cable from my mobile, which I forgot. She was so helpful. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, AEON supermarket, Nemuro train station, bus stop. Also the room was nice, clean, spacious and especially the public bath. What I also really appreciated was daily room cleaning. It is such a good feeling to return to a room, tidied up and clean. Thank you for a great stay !

This hotel is simply superb! It is big and spacious. Located in the middle of nowhere, that is in the Akan-Mashu National Park on the shore of the Kussharo Lake, it includes plenty of attractions for guests to stay on its premises. A game arcade, karaoke rooms, a convenience store, wooden chairs in the backyard... It is an easy ride to local lakes and hiking trails. The room was big, modern, well equipped, clean. The majority of staff spoke English, everyone was super kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast buffets, although pricey, were amaizng, versatile, delicious. We had an amazing stay there.
