BRATUS Hotel is a lovely place to stay! the Hotel is brand new, super stylish but allthough they habe opened only 2 month ago all the staff is super professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the beautiful restaurant is delicious and also the stadf there is a joy to meet in the morning. Also the location is good, it‘s qiet but not far from the port and the center of town. I would totally recommend to stay there.

The camp staff is AMAZING. Osama was the most supportive, he called to schedule and facilitate our arrival to the camp and upgraded our room free of charge. He coordinated a mix of day trip and amazing stargazing night in the desert away from the light pollution (recomeneded trip). The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good with available chicken Zarb, meat Zarb, and vigiterian options. The camp is family friendly and the location is accessible by small cars with safe car parking. The pool in the middle of the desert is a plus, especially during morning and after noon hours. In the last day, I asked about the checkout time, they replied by offering flexible late checkout along with the option of having another room to rest till the end of the day! Camp Ali team is very generous and welcoming. They reflected the Jordanian heritage and culture.

Fantastic stay - really well looked after - fabulous facilities and great location. Definitely made the right choice choosing this hotel/camp over the vast choice. The weather contrived to unhinge our stay so Ziad on reception played a blinder by suggesting that we postpone our afternoon 3 hour 4x4 tour until 6am, but retain just the sunset element. This worked perfectly as the wind had dropped for the latter and the morning was calm and clear so we got to benefit from both iconic times of day. Great initiative. Our Bedouin guide, Shami was first class - friendly, very respectful, drove brilliantly and obviously knew the best places to take us. All up this was a 5-star experience, thank you.

Good hotel close to the centre / walking distance to the sea, but you need to drive 15km to the south if you want to go to the private beaches and diving places. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, we had a newly refurbished room. The pool on the top floor is great, though the water was a bit cold. The breakfast was sufficient, and it was also on the 7th floor with good panorama while eating. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to rearrange our trip and they were supporting a lot. There is free parking on the street.

I didn't expect the hotel in desert to be like this. In February, I expected I'd be cold at night, but no - thanks to the AC in the room. Everything was great - dinner, breakfast, view and the territory nearby. I read many bad reviews about the other camps and was expecting some fraud. This camp I highly recommend to visit for those people willing to spend a night in the desert with the highest service and comfort.

From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Such an amazing city with welcoming community. Try visiting ghandour beach in the morning to avoid the crowd Your stay should be at Aquavista hotel or Captains hotel if you are on a budget. Most of the restaurants have amazing and delicious menu’s Ayla oasis have to be on your visit check list.

It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect. With warm temperatures but a cool breeze, it was a great escape from the heat. It made our time at the beach even more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the city comfortably without feeling overheated. Beyond the beach, Aqaba has a rich blend of culture, history, and hospitality. We enjoyed delicious local food, and the people there were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. All in all, Aqaba provided the ideal mix of relaxation, adventure, and family fun. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway that combines both natural beauty and cultural richness.
