Really nice hotel, the place was supposedly full but you’d never know! Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

It was so beautiful. Loved walking the paths amongst the trees. Felt so peaceful. Loved having my morning coffee on the little patio in the rocking chair. Listening to the sounds. The cabin was spotless. So clean. The little kitchen had everything. Microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, hotplate, fridge with a little freezer so I could store ice cream. Anna who worked there was so nice, always smiling and helpful with everything.

The Chef at CoCo la Palms is excellent and we really enjoyed the food. The staff were also all excellent and friendly with our house keeping being exceptional and the beach staff always there to help (shout out to Steve). We had a minor toilet problem and it was fixed immediately! I would also like to mention our bar tender King Kong and his crew for some tasty drinks. I would strongly recommend a stay at CoCo La Palms and we are looking forward to our return.

    White Sands Negril was the perfect hotel for our trip and we will certainly stay there again on future trips to Negril. After four nights in Ocho Rios we were looking for some very chill time on the beach, and this hotel delivered. The staff (especially Blu and Jennifer at the restaurant, Carron the security guard who helps stop traffic for crossing the road from the beach to the pool/reception side, and Jeanine at reception) were so kind and helpful. The grounds are lush and beautiful, and we enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool and playing pool in the games room beside the pool. Seven Mile Beach is wonderful, and the hotel is a nice 10 or so minute stroll along the main road to the Hi-Lo grocery store. We ate our first dinner and several lunches at the hotel restaurant. The upstairs open air dining area is amazing at sunset, and all the food we tried was delicious. Margaritaville (with its floating trampoline, though sadly no water slide like in Ocho Rios) was also about a 10 minute walk away. We tried a couple of the restaurants at the cliffs, both of which sent drivers and we just had to pay for the return trip -- Ciao Jamaica had really good Italian food but is on the other side of the street from the cliffs. Ivan's had an amazing sunset and water view and was perfect for our last night in Negril -- thank you for the recommendation Carron. We were staying in C4, one of the one beach side bedroom suites with two twin beds in the large living room area for our 11 and 15 year old kids, and a good sized kitchen. The only air conditioning unit was in the bedroom above the very large bed, but it kept the living room cool too when we left the bedroom door open. All beds were comfortable, and we really liked having the kitchen so we could make our own breakfasts.

    This hotel is amazing! The grounds are beautiful. The beach is perfect. It gets a lovely sunset. The free activities are fun. Book into the fancy restaurant for dinner - its really good. There is a little red flag you get at the pool/beach and when you put it up the waiter comes to take your order. The room fridge is restocked daily. There is ice and water availalbe in each room block to fill up waterbottles. There are 3 hot tubs - find the hidden one behind the diving pool - its beautiful. Food is great. Everyone bring big 'stanly cups' and the bar will fill it up with your chosen drink

    I loved everything about this property!! We arrived around 10:30 pm and was checked in and shuttled to our cottage by one of the security guards Sylvester. He was so nice and made sure we settled in comfortably. Everyone at the Westender Inn was so helpful and accommodating and really took the time out to make sure we got everywhere we needed to go. The property was so beautiful and it felt so homey and relaxing. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my trip one to remember !!

    I absolutely loved the scenery the place was spotless! The staff was really friendly and helpful, the entertainment was on point. I love the fact that they have so much bars and pools, the food was really good. And they have freshly made jerk chicken you dont see that at most resorts..we took a boat ride across to an island. Where we got to choose our lobster n they had it done for us on spot.that too was amazing. value for your money. Definitely coming back!!!!

    This is a gem in Negril. All the other places are awful concrete monsters. Sunset at the palms is a tranquil garden with charm. It's quiet, close to the beach, with super friendly staff, good food, a well equipped gym (you can get massages and other spa treatments, too, but I didn't). All the cabins a spacious, well equipped with awesome bathrooms and little balconies.

    Negril is beautiful and the beauty is still well preserved.

    Negril is beautiful and the beauty is still well preserved. The Beach is clean and well maintained. The police presence is good. Alot of adventures to participate in and otherwise very relaxing location. The strip is excellent for riding and they should invest in a bicycle lane for the full length of the strip would be a great attraction to the area.

    This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation.

    This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation. The villa is new with detailed interior decorating and an exceptionally clean environment. The villa is on a beachfront and the owner expressed their plan to do additional work to enhance the space. It is strategically located almost to the border of Westmoreland and St Elizabeth and is very close to the main thoroughfare. The bed was super comfortable and felt like my home away from home. I must commend the owners of the property, Donna and Ian who were both accommodating and ensured that our stay was a great one. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

    The hotel offered a wonderful and unique experience, with the charm of being privately owned. The owner was exceptional, checking in with us almost daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. The staff were kind and respectful, and while generally quiet, they were warm and engaging when we struck up a conversation. The property provides the added comfort of a security guard and is located directly across from the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty of Jamaica. What truly sets this place apart is its authenticity—you’re not surrounded by crowded tourist attractions, but instead immersed in the genuine local culture, sounds, and flavors of the island.
