We've stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Very comfortable, luxury amenities and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options provided. There is an excellent restaurant on site as well where we've had dinner one night. The surroundings are wonderful and impeccably maintained as well as the pool area. We had an amazing stay! Thank you

Turin is an elegant city, famous for being the home town of FIAT automobiles and Lavazza coffee. It is also the capital of Piemonte, which is famous for its hearty cuisine. Highlights of piemontese cuisine are: Beef braised in red wine, Agnolotti (similar to ravioli but tastier), white truffles (the king of mushrooms costing 4000 Euros a kilo!) and magnificent cheeses. This region also produces some of the best wines in Italy: Barolo, Barbera d'Asti, Barbaresco and the sparkling Asti Spumante. Turin also produces the famous Gianduia - which is a blend of chocolate and hazelnut paste (I recommend the Wikipedia article on the subject) a divine concoction which melts on the tongue. In short, Turin is a paradise for foodies...

We are hikers and rock climbers, the location was good for climbing in nearby Monsummano, Several Via Ferattas are within an hour or two drive. The restaurants are many and most are quite good, especially in Montecatini Alto. For those who like to shop, the main plaza has a plethora of sores, including high end shops.

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in.

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in. It is a bit bigger than its neighbors and is a fun place to wander around in. There's a lovely cafe, Lalma, just up the street from Casa degli Orti. There's great art in the town along with wonderful views, and of course, don't forget the wine! Lots of opportunities to taste what Tuscany has to offer. We had a car so we were able to drive to the other hill-towns. Pienza is cute; get some cheese! Montalcino was delightful. The whole area is simply jawdroppingly beautiful!
