We were greeted at the front desk by the artist who has her art throughout the hotel. We were made to feel very welcome, and our room was great. Excellent breakfast and the dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant was very good.

The hotel is really nice, very comfortable, an ideal place to relax. The food was delicious, and we received great service from the staff, especially with the help provided with transportation.

The hotel is sparkling clean. The owners have paid a lot of attention in decorating the rooms with nice lights for great ambiance and a pleasant stay. The room had a lot of interesting things like Bluetooth speakers, power windows, etc. The rooms are bigger than average and the bathroom is very spacious. Everything from hot water shower to bed linen were perfect. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Ala train station. We travelled there by train and we had no problems to reach this place. The owners are very kind and fantastic people. The restaurant attached to the hotel has one of the best Indian food (we mean it) to offer along with Italian dishes. Check in, check out, and communication was super easy. We definitely recommend this hotel to stay and taste the mouthwatering food in a beautiful place called Ala.

The hotel is fantastic—we had a great 4-night stay and felt completely relaxed after using the pool. We felt very safe, and the price was excellent for such a luxurious place. It was also the perfect base for Team GB during the OCR European Championships (https://ocreuropeanchampionships.org/). It was exactly what we needed before the competitions. Wonderful owner & her staff - so welcoming & accommodating for our needs. Awesome view of the valley & great food & beer. Comfortable bed, hot shower, everything was perfect.

The hotel has a private parking. We came slightly earlier than our booking but they let us check in. The gentleman on the reception was really nice, polite and helpful. He explained everything to us. We stayed for one night only and it was on Monday when most of the amenities in the town were closed along with the restaurant(pizzaria) near the hotel, but the receptionist helped us when he told us where to have a nice proper dinner. We had a nice walk to the town centre and then had a wonderful Italian pizzaria experience 🙂 The room was nice and clean. Has what you need - beds and bathroom 🙂 The beds were really comfortable! We liked our stay in the hotel! Thank you
