From the moment we arrived till checkout, everything was more than perfect in this beautifully designed hotel. We were warmly received and we didn't even pay until checkout. The room was so beautiful with a small view to the riverside. The room was tidy and super clean, with all the facilities mentioned. What we loved most, is the quietness of the area. If you wish to sleep comfortably, this would be your perfect choice. The breakfast formula was generous and delicious too. By far, it was my best stay in Europe.

Beautiful city to visit with so much to offer.

Beautiful city to visit with so much to offer. Lots of options for dining. Getting around is a little difficult because of the road constructions all over the city and the traffic congestion seems to be everywhere. Walking the old historic Florence is a must and if you're into wine, there are so many wineries around that you have to visit, but I recommend making reservations.

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in. It is a bit bigger than its neighbors and is a fun place to wander around in. There's a lovely cafe, Lalma, just up the street from Casa degli Orti. There's great art in the town along with wonderful views, and of course, don't forget the wine! Lots of opportunities to taste what Tuscany has to offer. We had a car so we were able to drive to the other hill-towns. Pienza is cute; get some cheese! Montalcino was delightful. The whole area is simply jawdroppingly beautiful!

Viareggio was a perfect stop on our italy tour. A beautiful town, suburban, lovely big park in centre with plenty for kids to do in the summer. Gorgeous wide promenade with lovely shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars. Seriously picturesque town. Beach is huge, clean and incredible. It's also only 15 mins to Pisa and over an hour to Florence on train so great stop to explore. Loved Viareggio and would love to come back. Also very reasonably priced for food and drink. Loved Irenes place on the beach for delish cocktails watching the sun go down.
