The apartment has everything you could possibly need, down to salt, which was such a thoughtful touch from the host. She is amazing! The pictures don’t do the place justice. My experience at the Grand Hotel Ma&Ma was simply outstanding. The hotel is elegant and peaceful, just a few steps from a stunning beach with crystal-clear water — one of the most beautiful on the island.
What made my stay truly exceptional was the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, especially Cinzia and Fabrizio, who supported me with great care and helped resolve a situation with discretion and efficiency. Their presence made all the difference.
The staff in general is of an exceptionally high standard — from the warm and meticulous housekeeping team to the highly professional restaurant staff. The gastronomy is refined and delicate, every meal a true pleasure.
The SPA is a real haven of peace, and the excursions offered are well-organized and worth doing.
I recommend using the private driver service provided by the hotel if you’re traveling alone, and I also had a wonderful experience renting a car through the hotel to explore La Maddalena and Caprera.
Everything was perfectly clean, calm and beautifully managed.
Truly a 5-star experience. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable. Perfect for family with teenagers. Pool was lovely. Great view. We were lucky enough to see the super moon from the balcony. Also watched the sun rise from there. Liked having two balconies plus the outside seating area at the back (in the shade). Well thought out. Liked dishwasher and washing machine. Everything you need is supplied, comfortable beds. Lovely staff, we were made to feel very welcome.
Enjoyed Caprera for runs (parked just over the causeway to save town/ on road running)and beaches (Cala Portese- if driving, get there before 09:30 in August to get a parking space).
Also, ferry runs regularly and it’s easy (Delcomar).

Absolutely fantastic stay here, the staff were amazing, from the lady who checked us in, to the cleaners, theviwner, everyone. They really made us feel welcome.
Room great size, balcony was a bonus, the viewing window to the pool was a great touch and the breakfast really really good.
Only a 15min walk into town, a 10min walk to a beach and they even had an umbrella for us to borrow for the beach.
Would 100% come back and certainly recommend.

The appartment is amazing, it has everything, even a toilet with a bidet! The terrace is great, with a wonderful view to the nearby island. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cannot ask for more. There is also a laundry room you can use for free. This acommodation is one of the best we have ever been to.

We loved everything at this residence. It is very clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, nice private little beach, very peaceful, There is a barbeque place, as well, which we have used it. Parking on side. It was definitely above our expectations and we are already thinking to come back next year

La Maddalena is an amazing place if you want a relaxing...
La Maddalena is an amazing place if you want a relaxing holiday focusing on beaches and nature. We spent there about a week and everyday went to a different beach, and every new beach was more beautiful than previous one!
There is a beautiful marine life, so bring your snorkeling gear! It was one of the biggest reasons we chose La Maddalena for holiday, and it exceeded our expectations! The best beaches for snorkeling where at La Caprera. Just swim next to the rocky edges of the beach, and you can find all the colorful fish there (also rogues and squids).

The house was fabulous!
The house was fabulous! Lovely views from the 2 balconies, clean and comfortable house, availability of beach towels and equipment was very handy.
Hosts provided detailed information about the area and terrific suggestions.

It is a great apartment with good space for 5 persons and a fabulous view of the sea and Porto Massimo.
The apartment complex was very quiet with just a few people when we were there from September 22-27.
The apartment had everything we needed although the oven did not work.
The windows have mosquito net frames which must be removed to close them.
The apartment is at the top of the hill with 100+ stairs from the main parking area.
Fewer stairs when parking at the back but then it takes another 5 min. through a small dust road.
You need a car to go shopping and to restaurants or the town 8 minutes away.
We had a great stay and would love to return.

The best place in Sardinia.
The best place in Sardinia. Cute Italian town with picturesque houses, great restaurants and the best gelato. We loved going from beach to beach, they all possess different qualities, but they are all lovely with the bluest water I’ve seen. You definitely need a car or a Vespa to get the best experience. Taking a boat trip for a day is also a must! Would strongly recommend spending a few days in La Maddalena!

The waters surrounding La Maddalena are stunning, the closest to the Caribbean I have experienced in the Mediterranean. La Maddalena is relatively small and easy to get around with a car. Depending on where you are staying, beaches may be within walking distance. Sailing or other boating outings highly recommended to truly enjoy all the islands have to offer.
