I have visited Kaltern for many years now and just recently found this gem - by far my favourite new hotel in the village. It has been completely renovated and just opened. It's beautifully located in the middle of vineyards - yet its in the city center, with an amazing view of the village (and even the lake). The rooms were great: sizeable and very very cozy, furnished with taste and a lot of attention to detail. The hotel has its own wine bar & bistro, with great food and wine (breakfast was AMAZING!). All of the staff was super nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Everything was super, the room and the view. We had rooms nr. 24-25 the best view. The Ukrainian guy from restaurant, best recommendation to him, such a nice guy, friendly and etc. Was a pleasure to talk with him.

Room was very big and with nice balcony. We got everything we needed in the room (even pool towels). Breakfast was amazing and we even borrowed the bikes for free. They let us stay by the swimming pool even after check out.

Excellent location just above the lake with some great restaurant options without going into Kaltern. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains from the garden and breakfast terrace. Very relaxed hosts. Super breakfast. The whole area exceeded our expectations. Wine, alpine walking via free funicular, swimming, restaurants, lively and beautiful town. We wish we’d stayed a few more days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Bergblick. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Location is peaceful among the vineyards and overlooking the valley and inner courtyard with veggie patch and outdoor lounging areas. It was lovely to relax on the balcony and we felt very at home on our first trip travelling with our baby.
